Outside Sales Personal Care Agency
Right at Home Southern Nevada
Henderson, NV

Job Description

Job Description

THE OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER PROFILE - IS THIS YOU?

Are you the type of person who walks into a cold call and walks out with a strong relationship? Are you someone who is genuinely energized by meeting new people — case managers, discharge planners, social workers, trust officers, attorneys, fiduciaries — and has a natural ability to make every one of them feel like the most important conversation you’ve had all day? Do you hunt for new business the way others hunt for shortcuts — proactively, relentlessly, and always with the next opportunity already in your sights? Are you wired to be in constant motion — cold calls in the morning, presentations at noon, networking events in the evening — and do you keep meticulous track of every follow-up, every action item, and every open door so nothing ever slips? Are you the kind of person who builds powerful and sustainable referral relationship and community partnerships, and knows how to nurture these relationships for long-term mutual value? Are you the person who follows through on every single commitment and opportunity? Have you learned the power of asking, “What’s in it for THEM?” rather than “What’s in it for ME?”

If that’s how you operate, this role was made for you. This seat is designed for a hunter who incessantly drives toward growth and who has a strong capacity to nurture and build relationships over time, finding ways to demonstrate value. You will be in the field building the referral relationships that connect families in need with the care that changes their lives, and you will be accountable for the growth that follows.

THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO AND WHY YOU’LL EXCEL

You will own B2B referral development across senior services, healthcare, and professional organizations — building a constant pipeline of high-value, long-term home care clients. Because you are naturally energized by people and make genuine connections wherever you go, referral partners won’t just send you clients — they’ll look forward to your call. Because you think like a hunter and move with urgency, you’ll be spending 90% of your time in the field — cold calls, warm calls, team presentations, and community events — always finding the next opportunity rather than waiting for one to appear. And because you operate with structured follow-through, you’ll track every conversation, close every open loop, and make sure no relationship or referral ever falls through the cracks — without being the person buried in the admin to do it. Your drive will deliver results and your commitment to connection will build lasting and valuable relationships.

You will be accountable for:

•    Driving growth in number of clients, weekly service hours, and revenue.

•    A consistent volume of in-person sales calls weekly — spontaneous and pre-scheduled.

•    Securing Powerfully Productive Presentations (3Ps) with referral source teams.

•    Active participation in networking, educational, and community events.

•    Building cross-referral relationships with sales counterparts at non-competing organizations.

Day to day you will:

•    Qualify, prioritize and segment referral sources strategically to maximize the value of every relationship.

•    Make sales and educational presentations to varied audiences across senior care and healthcare.

•    Keep meticulous records of every conversation, follow-up, and opportunity in the pipeline.

•    Collaborate with marketing, client experience, and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding.

•    Respond to after-hours prospective client inquiries on a rotational basis — because the right lead doesn’t wait.
