Physical Demands:

JOB SUMMARY

The PRN PET/Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs a variety of PET and Nuclear Medicine procedures in an outpatient setting while maintaining a high level of customer service and quality patient care. The responsibilities of the PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist include coordinating and performing PET and Nuclear Medicine procedures following the protocols established by the radiologist and demonstrating compassion to ensure overall patient satisfaction. This is a PRN position and will be scheduled on an as needed basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs PET and Nuclear Medicine procedures following the protocols established by the radiologist and as written in the procedure manual. Patients are positioned and scanned correctly assuring that the physician prescription and the scan are the same.

2. Properly inputs all required patient information into the system including protocol, patient history in full sentences, performing providers, and any additional information to the radiologist regarding the procedure.

3. Obtains complete and detailed history to assist the radiologist with diagnosis from each patient. Checks blood glucose levels for all patients. Performs exams in an accurate and timely manner.

4. Orders radiopharmaceuticals on a daily basis. Performs daily QA to assure proper functioning of equipment and also performs daily check of survey meters.

5. Calibrates dose to be in the range of prescribed dose in dose calibrator. Uses aseptic technique to administer radiopharmaceuticals according to the established policy. Records receipt of the radioactive unit doses from the point of administration to disposal including date, method of receipt, identity and activity of the unit dose.

6. Processes all documents and paperwork that requires review and/or signatures to the RSO in a timely manner as required by the Bureau of Radiation Control.

7. Conducts surveys daily and wipes tests weekly on the scan bed, injection table and preparation counter to insure that no spills or leakage has occurred. Disposes of all biohazardous wastes as required by established policy.

8. Reports any accidents involving radioactive substances to radiation safety officer and documents the clean-up process following established guidelines.

9. Properly identifies patients and demonstrates compassion while maintaining patient confidentiality. Explains the exam to each patient to ensure patient safety and cooperation.

10. Customer Service.

WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

2 or more years as a certified nuclear technologist is preferred.

High School Diploma or GED.

Graduate of an approved school of nuclear medicine. Registered by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

Current Florida Nuclear Medicine License.

SKILLS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and public.

Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high. Carrying Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties. Pushing To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Driving Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Driving Specific Job Duties Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

General Summary & Scope

The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for leading through Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth across all categories. The SM leads a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers and is accountable for all aspects of the retail business with the exception of boutiques, including sales, service, and operational process. The SM is accountable for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This leader drives the business through a focus on performance (NPS, sales and in-store events), people (guest service and associate training), and process (standard operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a drive for results, a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, the aptitude to learn and teach extensive product knowledge, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop their team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities (*Essential Job Functions)

The SM is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):

Performance

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
  • Drive company profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources through operational excellence to deliver top-line sales growth and improve business.
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support with store scheduling needs and communicate the needs to the GM to maximize productivity, achieve sales and payroll goals, and complete workload on time, and within the payroll budget.
  • Plan and execute in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience, drive in-store and brand partner collaboration, and deliver on sales and payroll goals.
  • Review, analyze and react to Ulta Beauty's financial and operational reporting, including store visit and audit results, regularly and in a timely manner.
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
  • Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance as the SM and hold store associates accountable to the Ulta Beauty attendance policy.

People

Process

  • Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards for the store.
  • Adhere to and enforce Ulta Beauty's dress code.
  • Use the company's scheduling tool as directed to adjust schedules and manage attendance in-the-moment during manager-on-duty shifts to ensure accurate schedules and reporting.
  • Use the company's task management tool as directed to prioritize and execute store workload, including product and marketing resets, pricing updates, inventory related tasks, cleaning, and replenishment.
  • Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.
  • Execute day-to-day inventory control processes (e.g., known theft, damages, hazardous waste, inventory adjustments, product returns) and complete theft reporting as necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement by influencing the adoption of company initiatives and technology, communicating expectations, and ensuring the execution of all store tasks.
  • Utilize company programs, tools, and resources to drive store improvements.
  • Regularly communicate and provide feedback to field leadership on business trends and opportunities, events, operational challenges, merchandise needs, and competitive landscape for their store.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

  • 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
  • Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
  • Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
  • Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others, and leading and influencing a team

Skills

  • Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Microsoft Office programs, and Apple devices)

2. Ensure the evaluation of Club programs on a continual basis and ensures programs/activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity.

Supervision

1. Allocate and monitor work assigned to program volunteers and staff, providing ongoing feedback and appraisal. Identify and support training and development opportunities for assigned volunteers and staff.

2. Oversee proper record keeping and reporting including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements and any problems/issues.

3. Ensure productive and effective performance by all program staff and volunteers.

Marketing and Public Relations

1. Increase visibility of Club programs via posting of daily schedule, announcements of upcoming events and the dissemination of timely information to parents and volunteers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e. Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs), and/or participate in the implementation of other unit activities as necessary.

2. May be required to drive Club van.

3. May consult with parents concerning member and branch issues.

4. May handle deposits and banking transactions.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.

External: Maintain contact as needed with external community groups, schools, member's parents and other to assist in resolving problems.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1. Four year degree in related field from an accredited college or university in related field, or a minimum of five years work experience in a Boys or Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics.

4. Demonstrated organizational, staff and project management abilities.

5. Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.

6. Valid drivers license and good driving record.

  • Dusts and polishes all furniture, fixtures and wall hangings including using a duster to reach vents and ceiling corners to remove dust and cobwebs.
  • Strips bed of all linen and remakes with fresh, checking bedspread, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness, replacing if soiled. Lifts mattresses to check for soil between mattresses and under bed.
  • Checks closet for cleanliness, wiping closet door, handle and overhead shelves and restocking the guest room supplies such as hangers, extra blankets and pillows.
  • Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, operating vacuums weighing up to 25lbs., and lifting/moving heavy furniture in order to vacuum entire area of carpet including underneath furniture and hard to reach areas.
  • Inspects all door and window locks to ensure they are in working order and immediately alerts management to an unsecured or unsafe situation for the safety of guests and employees.
  • Inspects all room equipment (TV, lights/lamps, faucets, radios) to ensure proper working order and immediately reports all room status and room maintenance deficiencies, in writing, to the Executive Housekeeper for prompt repair/resolution.
  • Secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.
  • Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
  • OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists the laundry department by retrieving soiled linen from carts throughout the hotel, sorting laundry into correct size loads, utilizing industrial washers, dryers and pressers, folding and distributing the cleaned linen to storage closets and/or carts.
  • Cleans patio/balcony areas by sweeping or hosing the floor and wiping down all furniture and fixtures, picking up garbage and cleaning patio/balcony doors and windows.
  • Provides assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

This job requires the ability to perform the following:

  • Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
  • Must have vision ability to see minute debris and dirt in poorly lit areas, and to read written instructions and computer print-outs.
  • Must have upper body strength to lift up to 50lbs. continually throughout an 8 hour shift.
  • Must have finger, hand and upper body dexterity to push, pull and move levers, equipment and furniture throughout 8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to work with arms raised above head throughout an 8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to maneuver fully loaded maid cart, weighing up to 50lbs., through hallways and into/out of closets during entire work day.
  • Material/Equipment Used
  • Basic residential cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaning equipment. Cleaning cart. Ladder/stepping stool. Commercial washers, dryers and pressers.
  • Exposure to hazardous chemicals on a continual basis.
  • Prolonged strenuous physical activity in indoor climate-controlled environment. Excessive heat and humidity in laundry.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controls Engineer. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient operation of PCB manufacturing processes. This is pivotal in the maintenance and enhancement of the automated and highly technical systems within the business.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop equipment to monitor and control efficiency of engineering systems and machinery.
  • Implement processes that will increase productivity, test and analyze designs, and monitor the created processed to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Conduct system analyses to evaluate functionality and quality of systems and identify areas in need of improvement.
  • Programming and configuring control interfaces to authorize performance.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on control systems and related machines to ensure efficiency.
  • Test and troubleshoot control systems and components to ensure quality and safety of systems.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure systems integration and operability.
  • Work to maintain and upgrade existing control systems to ensure efficiency and durability of systems.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead both cross functional and targeted continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide support and training across departments regarding how to operate newly implemented or modified systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures for future reference.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls System Engineering or a degree in a related field.
  • Experience using industry standard tools and software such as CAD.
  • Knowledge of programming HMI's.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working as controls engineer or in a related position.
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens is a plus.
  • Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
  • Working knowledge of printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to driving excellence.
  • Strong Understanding of computer programing and software development related to automated control systems.
