As we continue expanding into new markets, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to take control of their income, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and grow both personally and professionally.

Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our core values of Empowerment, Momentum, and Impact — someone who takes pride in their work, loves helping others, and thrives in a positive, goal-driven environment.

Position Overview

As a new Sales Professional with Alpine Legacy Group, you’ll begin with our comprehensive training program — a blend of online learning, field mentorship, and hands-on experience in your local territory. You’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated field trainer who will guide you through everything from foundational sales strategies to advanced client relationship skills.

No prior sales experience? That’s okay — we’ll train the right person who brings the right attitude and drive to succeed.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own local territory, meeting with small to mid-sized business owners to introduce them to our supplemental insurance programs. You’ll host group presentations, meet with employees one-on-one, and become a trusted advisor within your community.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and professionals through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.

  • Use our custom Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and build your client portfolio.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

  • Maintain consistent communication with your team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings.

  • Follow up on referral leads, reservice existing accounts, and continually grow your book of business.

  • Set and achieve personal sales goals with the guidance of your manager.

  • Maintain an organized weekly schedule and submit activity reports at the end of each workday.

Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

  • A positive attitude, clear personal goals, and a drive to exceed expectations.

  • Resilient, coachable, and resourceful — able to think quickly and adapt in any situation.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a passion for personal growth.

  • Background in competitive sports, coaching, or leadership roles is a strong plus — many of our top performers share this experience!

Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a standard pre-employment background check.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain — we provide study materials and reimburse state licensing fees).

  • Comprehensive classroom and field training program designed for long-term success.

  • Weekly draw + uncapped commissions, plus monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, vested renewal commissions, and paid incentive trips.

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days.

  • Performance-based promotions — your results determine your growth.
