Summary:

A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Essential Work Functions:
  • Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
  • Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
  • Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
  • Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
  • Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
  • Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
  • Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
  • Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
  • Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Required Essential Skills:

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The General Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all membership, fitness, and operational functions within the gym to achieve financial success and provide the best member and team member experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Staffing & Development

Recruit, interview, & hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members, reflecting the diversity and culture(s) of the community.

Provide consistent accountability for direct reports and dotted line reports through training, coaching, conducting planning sessions, and performance reviews.

Conduct ongoing team member training & development in order to engage and retain team members.

Provides input on final approval on the hiring, dismissal, and discipline of all gym employees with support from the Vice Presidents.

Create positive working conditions for team members and appropriate leadership, supervision, support, and feedback.

Provides developmental coaching and guidance to all direct reports for long-term career growth.

Conducts regular team member meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals.

Maintain a fully engaged and high-performing team that aligns with company values and goals.

Sales Execution on Key Metrics & Drivers, thus Results

Ensure execution of lead, appointment-setting, and guest goals to hit the financial targets set by the company.

Responsible for ensuring 50% of guest conversion, 40% Ultimate Mix, and 25% attachment of point of sale private coaching to new member sales.

Leadership through accountability and performance management in order to execute monthly sales metrics and drivers.

Proper documentation using company HR forms was sent to the Vice President of Sales and HR.

Personal Production to ensure that the membership department hits their monthly targets in New Member Sales, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Point of Sale Private Coaching goals.

Planning

Participate and provide gym-specific input into the development of the gym's financial, expense, and operating plan.

Develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans to meet financial and retention goals, with contributions from department heads and Vice Presidents.

Collaborate with department heads and Vice Presidents to establish priorities and goals, including revenue goals and labor targets for the gym. Identify and plan the execution of improvement in the gym.

Work with the Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations to supervise and set priorities and goals directly with the Facilities Technician to deliver a great member experience.

Provide input and report monthly financial results to the Vice President of Sales for the gym.

Guest Experience/Team Member Experience (General Management)

Establish a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused gym culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability with the support of department heads.

Be a role model for member service behavior by walking through the gym and collecting member feedback to identify training and development opportunities for team members.

Resolve elevated concerns from gym members; provide on-the-spot coaching to prevent them from recurring.

Monitor gym appearance and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.

Perform regular reviews, edits and overtime approval in the Company's Time & Labor system with assistance from department heads.

Ensure that company policies, procedures, programs, and promotions are executed efficiently.

Ensures the safety of employees, members, and gym property.

What You Have

What will you do as a Business Development Partner?

As a part of the Corporate On-Premises sales team, the Business Development Partner is responsible for working with Sales Center management teams to plan, implement, and coordinate sales activities within the Company’s On-Premises business as a whole. The Business Development Partner will assist our sales centers in expanding sales and marketing efforts of existing and new markets. The Business Development Partner will also work with sales center management teams to develop a long-term strategic business plan for revenue growth, increased gross profit, pricing, products and distribution methods. The Business Development Partner is responsible for all aspects of the corporate On-Premises business including growth of the customer base, training and development of people, and bottom-line profitability.

Key On-Premises business segments include professional services, fine dining and casual & family restaurants, hotels & conference centers, coffee shops, resorts and clubs, healthcare, military and corrections facilities, cafeterias, retirement centers and colleges & universities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow revenue through volume and net pricing.
  • Grow gross profit through product mix, reduced cost of goods, volume, and net pricing.
  • Train team members to develop accounts through cold calling and existing customer visits to determine beverage needs, identify new opportunities and grow key accounts.
  • Develop long-term strategic plan for On-Premises business including products, pricing, distribution methods and continued growth of customer base.
  • Train team members to prescreen, quantify and qualify the volume requirements for equipment placement using the Return on Investment (ROI) tool.
  • Help our teams to solve customer issues concerning sales and customer service, ensuring excellent customer service and account management to new and existing clientele.
  • Train team members to coordinate with the Equipment Service Department and customers on equipment installation.
  • Train and develop sales team at all locations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the On-Premises business, how to identify leads and determine customer needs and how to negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with our sales teams to track usage and customer volumes; and review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotas and business plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establish marketplace execution and distribution standards in line with Company overall standards and ensure training and development of sales teams in successful marketplace execution and distribution.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders and key strategic partners.
  • Keep up to date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
  • Work with leadership team to continuously foster a positive work environment, develop employee incentive programs and establish the organization as a premier employer.

  • Include management staff in planning, decision-making, and process improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential personnel risks.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience, preferably in the beverage market and/or route distribution.
  • Proven track record of building and retaining business through selling, account management and excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to build accounts in a given territory through cold calling, lead generation, professional presentation style and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Margin Minder (or comparable program) and compiling information that will assist selling teams preferred.
  • Above-average math skills and ability to figure commissions, profits, margins, retails, and financials are critical to managing this business.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.
  • Work involves walking, talking and hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminal.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation.
