Leading provider of enterprise drone and security technology solutions for public safety, industrial, and commercial customers. You'll directly manage our sales team, currently 8 sales professionals across drone and security trailer lines (office and remote), with one mandate: make every one of them measurably better. This is not a strategy-from-a-distance job. You'll be on their calls, in their inboxes, inside their CRM pipelines, and in the product weeds with them.

Your Three Numbers

• Team conversion rate: raise every rep's conversion rate above their own six-month baseline. Each rep starts from a different number; you move each one up.
• Returning-customer revenue: existing customers order more often and at higher dollar values.
• Sales KPI attainment: our sales department has defined KPIs. You own tracking them and driving the results.

What You'll Do

• Directly manage, coach, and develop our sales team across both product lines as their day-to-day performance manager.
• Baseline each rep's conversion rate and coach them to beat it. Every rep starts from a different number; your job is to move each one up.
• Run weekly one-on-one pipeline reviews in the CRM: board hygiene, stage accuracy, stalled-deal rescue, forecast honesty.
• Join live sales calls and review recordings; deliver specific, actionable coaching after each.
• Review rep emails, quotes, and proposals; build and enforce templates, talk tracks, and follow-up cadences that convert.
• Raise the team's product knowledge: run trainings, certify reps on new products, close individual knowledge gaps.
• Build the repeat-business playbook (account-review habits, reorder triggers, win-back outreach) and coach reps to execute it.
• Own the tracking and delivery of the sales department's established KPIs, reporting results to the Director of Sales.
• Onboard and ramp new reps to productivity faster with a structured program.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years leading quota-carrying B2B sales teams, with documented rep-level improvement. Be ready to show before-and-after numbers.
• Must have Hardware Sales experience.
• A track record of improving sales team performance in two or more different industries or product categories. We are hiring your process, not your Rolodex.
• Personal success selling complex, high-ticket hardware. UAS/drone, security technology, or public-safety experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• CRM fluency: (Pipedrive preferred) you can diagnose a rep's problems from their pipeline before you've heard a single call.
• A coach's temperament: hands-on, direct, relentless about fundamentals, and genuinely invested in making other people better.
• Comfortable learning deep technical product detail and teaching it to others.
• Los Angeles-based; this role works from our office alongside the team.

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our dynamic fast-paced team to handle full life-cycle program finances. This role calls for a well-rounded ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for conducting routine financial analysis supporting multiple projects (e.g. EACs and Customer Deliverables) and ad hoc reporting as required. You will be familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

This position will be a hybrid work schedule out of our San Diego, CA office - may consider full time teleworking dependent on selected candidate

In this role, you will:

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and development of time-phased budgets/EACs and schedules.

• Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing, to include invoice backup when required.

• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies to ensure that the project´s cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally.

• Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations, including participating in and supporting meetings and program reviews.

• Administer formal aspects of program control in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations.

• Complete finance inputs for project set up and revenue recognition in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements.

• Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues.

• Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• U.S Citizenship required

• A Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related field

• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles

• Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team with a focus on high professional standards, strong follow-up and successful project execution

• Ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Preferred knowledge of FAR/DFAR, DCAA compliance and audits

• Versed in various contract vehicles, i.e., CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendents and/or craft activities including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, and documenting actual hours worked.
• Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required.
• Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Maintain liaison with other departments (i.e., Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule.
• Supervise and mentor assistant superintendents.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.

The base salary for this position is $100000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. DevOps Engineer – Cloud Transformation & AI Enablement

Equity Methods is seeking a forward‑thinking DevOps Engineer to lead the transformation of our data center infrastructure to a lean, cloud‑native environment powered by automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices. Role in a Nutshell

• Experience managing and optimizing Snowflake environments.
