---

About the Role

OpusClip is building Agent Opus - an AI-native product that lets anyone turn ideas, scripts, and raw footage into polished video using multimodal AI and agent capabilities. We're at the 0-to-1 stage, exploring product-market fit, and we're looking for a Senior PM to help define what this product becomes.

This is a rare opportunity to own a product from its earliest stage at a company that has already built and scaled a successful AI video product used by millions. You'll work directly with our founding team, embedded in a small, fast-moving team that operates at AI startup speed and founder-level ownership.

We're looking for someone with strong product taste, founder-level agency, and deep curiosity about how AI changes creative workflows.

---

What You’ll Do

  • Strong Product Ownership
    • Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for Agent Opus from early exploration through product-market fit. Identify high-leverage opportunities, make sharp prioritization decisions, and help define an entirely new category of AI-native video creation.
  • Architect Product Artistry
    • Translate cutting-edge multimodal AI research and capabilities into user experiences that feel intuitive and delightful. Act as a taste filter across the product, ensuring a high bar for quality, rhythm, and user experience.
  • Ship Fast and Rapid Prototyping
    • Operate with high autonomy and execution speed. Work directly with engineers and designers to prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and shorten iteration cycles before committing to full-scale development.
  • Strategic Market Pioneering
    • Develop deep understanding of our core users through direct research and hands‑on engagement. Identify latent creator needs and competitive gaps long before they become industry consensus.
  • Guardian of Taste
    • Act as the final filter for aesthetic quality. You will ensure every feature meets an uncompromising standard for rhythm, composition, and visual harmony.

---

What We're Looking For

  • ~3-8 years of product management experience, with at least some time in an early-stage startup environment
  • Strong product sense. You can articulate what makes a product genuinely good, not just what makes it grow
  • Hands‑on working style. You're comfortable moving fast with incomplete information and don't need established processes to be effective
  • Experience building consumer-facing (B2C) products and a habit of direct user research
  • Genuine curiosity about the AI space. You follow developments in multimodal AI and agents, form your own opinions, and are excited to build in this category
  • An eye for short‑form content. You consume it, you have taste about what works, and you care about empowering creators

---

Bonus if you have:

  • Direct experience with AI/LLM products
  • Background in video, content creation, or creative tools
  • Ability to prototype using code or no‑code tools

---

This role probably isn't right for you if…

  • You need a roadmap handed to you
  • You prefer mature products with stable metrics and established processes
  • You view PM‑ing primarily as coordination rather than product building
  • You're uncomfortable operating with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • You haven't used a creator or video editing tool yourself in the past year
  • You're not excited about the pace and unpredictability of 0-1 product development

---

Why OpusClip

  • Ground‑floor opportunity for a new 0-to-1 product within a company that has already achieved scale with OpusClip
  • Direct ownership of a brand‑new product in a brand‑new category
  • A small team where your work moves the needle visibly, every week
  • Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity

---

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145k - $270k annually. This role is also eligible for a performance‑based bonus .
  • Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location.
  • On top of cash compensation, we offer competitive equity packages (ISOs) because if you're building the company, you should own a piece of it.

---

Our Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage to support you and your well‑being.
  • Flexible paid time off that empowers you to recharge, reset, and come back stronger.
  • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget, including MacBook, 4k monitor, standing desks and more of what you need to be creative and productive.
  • Access to the latest technologies and tools.
  • Free lunch and dinner, plus a wide variety of global snacks and beverages for onsite positions.
  • Visa sponsorship available, subject to eligibility.
