Responsibilities
About the Team
The infrastructure team facilitates the company's rapid growth by constructing and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the server fleet's life cycle, offering cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services while ensuring their scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders involved in infrastructure building, such as cross-functional finance teams, tax teams, legal, commercial, construction, data center operations, platform, engineering, and supply chain teams. Your tasks will include delivering new capacity on schedule and meeting the increasing needs of relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end payment and cost-related operational activities, including but not limited to:
a. Payment support: Validate invoices with internal stakeholders and reconcile and resolve disputes with external parties in a timely manner.
b. Cost accrual: Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for infrastructure engineering team projects to guarantee the timely and effective delivery of financial reporting and initiatives.
c. Cost analysis and reports: Analyze cost variance for the infrastructure team by inputting, maintaining, and updating business information on related platforms.
- Assist with budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX) and forecasting activities, conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis, and communicate key messages to senior management teams.
- Work with large volumes of data sources, analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, find solutions, execute fixes, and implement data cleaning.
- Manage and lead multiple data projects related to financial system migration and integration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure stakeholders to understand broader business objectives, jointly develop processes, and offer financial guidance and best practice recommendations to facilitate process changes.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in processes, practices, and organizational effectiveness.
- Build financial models using historical data and provide forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis to support optimal business decision-making.
- Take charge of cost optimization and cost-saving initiatives, serve as the Project Manager for cost projects and financial operational initiatives of medium to high complexity. Gather requirements, align stakeholders, create and adhere to schedules, provide progress reports, and manage projects to completion.
- Conduct ad-hoc project analyses and respond to questions and business requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the end-to-end payment to cost accrual process.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness and flexibility to work with teammates in different time zones.
- Capability to work both as an individual contributor and a team player.
- Experience using web-based systems for data entry and processing.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a high growth and fast-paced environment.
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or an equivalent certification.
- Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes.
- Experience in the infrastructure, technical, or finance industry is advantageous.
- A strong self-starter with the ability to fully implement mission-critical processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ - $ annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Compensation Analyst (San Jose, CA)

LHH is teaming up with an innovative company to find a highly skilled temporary Compensation Analyst to join their team in San Jose. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the airline industry. The role is fully on-site and requires immediate availability for at least a three-month duration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer existing equity compensation programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders and business partners to drive and ensure the success of the company's compensation programs.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetings.
  • Evaluate pay for executives and top management and perform benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive.
  • Provide analytics and support in all aspects of executive compensation.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Stock Administration, Finance, etc. to provide data and help prepare compensation-related materials.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve compensation programs and processes.
  • Use strong communication and analytical skills to drive understanding of compensation philosophies, practices, and administration among leaders and managers to assist in cascading to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role.
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably at a high-growth company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decision-making.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and incentive plan design.
  • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills that contribute to the greater success of the function and drive desired organizational results.

Job Description

  • Territory includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
The EVERSANA/Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America (MTPA) Field Reimbursement Manager is a field-based role that provides in person education to defined accounts within their assigned geographies on a range of access and reimbursement issues in support MTPA products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
  • Manage daily field-based activities to support appropriate patient access in key neurology centers and provider offices
  • Execute collaborative territory plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, which may include call center services (HUB), sales, market access, and other partners
  • Interacts frequently in the field (60-70% of the time) with key stakeholders in multiple sites of care including, physician practices, hospitals, and other sites of care.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in educating healthcare provider staff on approved patient access services
  • Collaborate with various internal field teams to ensure appropriate education in assigned geography
  • Review and educate offices on payer policy, such as prior authorization requirements to ensure patient access
  • Reviews patient-specific information in cases where the site has specifically requested assistance in resolving issues or coverage challenges.
  • Provides feedback to internal teams on local payer trends and access issues
  • Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry with experience in payer policy and reimbursement
  • Minimum of 3 years of benefit verifications and prior-authorization requirements experience or equivalent experience in patient access, billing and coding in rare disease
  • Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and processes with experience in Medicare Part D
  • Self-direction coupled with strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, consultative approach, and customer orientation; proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong communication skills: oral, written, training/presentation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be able to travel up to 60-70% domestically
  • Valid driver’s license to drive to healthcare provider sites

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal controls. This position supports monthly close activities, audit readiness, tax provisioning, and group consolidation reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Financial Close

  • Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of GL accounts, investigate variances, and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure all journal entries are accurately prepared, documented, and posted in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly IFRS-compliant P&L and Balance Sheet reports for group consolidation using SAP S/4HANA.

Month-End and Year-End Activities

  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, FP&A, Operations) to gather supporting documentation for journal entries and ensure accurate accruals and prepayments.
  • Monitor unapproved invoice reports and collaborate with business units to minimize outstanding items by month/quarter/year-end.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of year-end audit materials and tax provisioning support documentation for external auditors and consultants.

Cash and Treasury Operations

  • Perform daily cash postings and reconciliations; ensure accurate allocation of transactions to vendor/customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the Senior Treasury Manager to reconcile transitory accounts and maintain accurate AR ledgers.
  • Partner with 3PL providers for AR reconciliation and review detailed aging reports to assess and provision for doubtful debts.

Fixed Assets & Intercompany Transactions

  • Maintain the fixed asset register: create, capitalize, retire, and dispose of assets in accordance with policy.
  • Ensure assets are accurately classified with correct useful life and depreciation methods.
  • Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations and issue re-billings or adjustments as necessary.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Support implementation of auditor-recommended process enhancements and ensure continued adherence.
  • Document key processes and monitor the operating effectiveness of internal financial controls.
  • Assist in resolving group finance queries and implementing technical accounting treatments as needed.

Cross-Functional Support & Reporting

  • Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to review GR/IR aging and support regular account clean-up and analysis.
  • Communicate and manage updates to the chart of accounts and cost center structures through the central ERP team.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and promoting professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within the finance team.

Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Demonstrated experience with monthly close processes, financial reporting, and audit support
  • Knowledge & awareness of IFRS and exposure to technical accounting matters

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance is responsible for monitoring the full P&L (Industrial/Milk Intake, Logistic and Commercial/Marketing) for Lactalis Heritage Dairy. They will drive and challenge technical performance such as pricing, promotions, marketing expenses and SG&A and provide primary explanations to help the Sales teams to achieve their commitments. This role forecasts data trends for the overall business and makes recommendations to improve profitability. The Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance also develops, produces, and improves weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Technical Performance Management?

  • Challenge and monitor the P&L indicators, which include:
  • Volumes and mix, Prices, trade and promotions, Pricing power analysis, marketing budget and overheads
  • Challenge and influence pricing strategies by making recommendations through simulations to improve profitability
  • Produce and report how performance is tracking against the budget, prior year and forecast
  • Ensure accurate monthly marketing, trade, and promotion expenses are in compliance with the annual plan
  • Prepare a monthly financial report to be presented to CEO, CFO and VP of the commercial business unit
  • Perform accurate financial forecasting (for full commercial P&L) and work closely with the Sales team
  • Forecast volumes and provide insight to the S&OP meeting,?
  • Challenge prices (NSV), promotion, trade, marketing, and overheads
  • Be a primary support and work closely with the Sales team to provide financial analysis and root cause analysis of the result?
  • Serve as a business partner for Key Account and Sales teams on all P&L related questions

Ad Hoc analysis?

Education

Position Purpose

The Vice President of Risk Management leads the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management program and is responsible for establishing a comprehensive, proactive risk framework. This role provides strategic leadership over operational, regulatory, vendor, liquidity, and strategic risks, ensuring alignment with the Credit Union’s growth objectives and member‑focused mission. The VP guides policy and procedure changes, strengthens internal controls, supports training and risk awareness initiatives, mentors staff, and promotes a strong risk culture. The position reports to the CFO, advises executive management, and oversees Risk, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Legal functions, partnering with key leaders on Business Continuity, Cybersecurity, and Data Governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Risk Management

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Credit Union’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, including operational, regulatory, vendor, physical security, and strategic risk components.
  • Establish and maintain risk assessment methodologies that identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise‑wide risk exposures.
  • Develop tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms that allow leadership to measure, monitor, and communicate risk across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment of risk management practices with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Support the Credit Union’s ability to responsibly innovate, expand services, and deepen community relationships while maintaining a safe and sound operating environment.

Risk Identification, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, aggregate, and document risks and controls across operational areas, including new or modified products, services, delivery channels, regulatory requirements, and third‑party relationships.
  • Evaluate operational and strategic risks associated with new products, services, delivery channels, and partnerships to ensure they are introduced responsibly and continue to deliver value to members and communities.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics to identify emerging trends or potential areas of exposure.
  • Communicate risk assessment results and recommendations to executive leadership, governance committees, and business unit leaders.
  • Support the development and execution of stress testing and contingency planning activities in coordination with relevant departments.

Governance, Policy & Internal Controls

  • Recommend and guide policy and procedural changes that strengthen the Credit Union’s internal control environment and risk posture.
  • Ensure enterprise policies and risk management practices remain aligned with regulatory guidance and organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology leadership to strengthen cybersecurity controls and support data governance initiatives.
  • Support enterprise governance practices that reinforce the Credit Union’s fiduciary responsibility to safeguard member assets and maintain institutional stability.

Organizational Risk Advisory

  • Serve as a consultative partner to executive and senior leadership in evaluating business risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance to business units in identifying, evaluating, and managing operational and regulatory risks.
  • Offer risk advisory support for major initiatives including system implementations, vendor management initiatives, strategic projects, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
  • Balance prudent risk management with the Credit Union’s mission to deliver accessible financial services and meaningful value to its membership and communities.

Regulatory & External Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the Credit Union and regulatory agencies regarding enterprise risk management matters.
  • Support regulatory examinations and provide guidance to management on regulatory risk expectations.
  • Assist leadership in maintaining a risk governance framework consistent with regulatory expectations and sound financial institution practices.

Leadership & Risk Culture

  • Promote a strong and proactive risk culture throughout the organization through education, communication, and collaboration.
  • Build organizations’ understanding that effective risk management strengthens the Credit Union’s ability to serve members, protect their financial well‑being, and sustain long‑term community impact.
  • Identify and coordinate training initiatives to strengthen organizational awareness of risk management principles and responsibilities.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to facilitate effective risk identification and resolution.
  • Provide leadership and development support to staff within the Risk Management and Compliance functions.

Qualifications

Education / Certification: 4‑year college degree preferred plus 5‑10 years of experience in bank compliance, security, AML/BSA/Fraud, and cybersecurity or a comparable combination of education and experience. Preferred certifications include Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Association of Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the federal regulatory framework governing federally chartered credit unions, including the Federal Credit Union Act, NCUA rules and regulations, and the CAMEL(S) rating system used in examinations. Fluency in key consumer compliance laws (BSA/AML, OFAC, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, TISA) and NCUA prudential risk guidelines. Familiarity with NCUA’s Prompt Corrective Action (PCA) framework, Supervisory Committee requirements, and applicable Dodd‑Frank provisions. Working knowledge of FFIEC cybersecurity guidance, third‑party vendor management expectations, and model risk management best practices. Experience navigating NCUA examinations is essential.

Experience: Excellent communication and influence skills to clearly convey complex information both written and verbally, including reports, presentations, and group facilitation. Experience providing leadership and influential oversight of others. Proven ability to develop strong professional relationships and networking internally and externally.

Skills / Abilities: Ability to project a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Salary

Salary: $157,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience.

As a Senior Estimator, you will supervise a team of Estimators in an effort to price and bid multiple projects. You will work under an experienced professional that will provide you with opportunity to learn the department’s standard operating procedures and build strong relationships with the Preconstruction team. Responsibilities

  • Leads the estimating deliverable for an entire project coordinated with the Senior Estimating Manager, preconstruction lead, operations team, and Business Development (BD) staff (projects ranging in size and complexity as assigned by Senior Estimating Manager)
  • Coordinates the development of the Site Services general costs with the operations team, Senior Estimating Manager, and preconstruction lead to align with contract requirements and trade costs
  • Develops self by training under Senior Estimating Manager/Estimating Manager for conceptual cost estimates and budgets on limited information while providing adequate written clarifications of the costing assumptions
  • Reviews and understands all project plans, requirements, and specifications
  • Coaches and mentors a team of estimators to develop large, multi-disciplinary estimates
  • Develops and recommends appropriate contingency and allowance values with each estimating deliverable
  • Determines labor and equipment costs
  • Reviews and understands all bid documents while assessing project risks
  • Understands project logistics and project schedule for complete alignment with the estimate and estimating deliverable
  • Assists the operations team in the development of bid packages; assists in the analysis of competitive subcontract and supplier bids
  • Attends scope review meetings as required to assist the operations and purchasing teams in the preparation of bid recommendations
  • Connects with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develops accurate cost models within Gilbane’s costing software
  • Tracks and reports on current material and labor prices, including escalation
  • Determines lead times for equipment and materials; communicates with the entire project team to capture the information within the project schedule
  • Develops meaningful Value Management contributions to reduce price and increase value
  • Collaborates with the Owner and design team to reconcile cost estimates
  • Identifies escalation factors in marketplace for specific materials and labor rates
  • Develops sound conceptual pricing assumptions with sound documentation for the basis of the estimate
  • Substantiates all aspects of final estimates
  • Engages and participates in external communication including interviews and presentation of estimating deliverables
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced team members
  • Supports a positive and inclusive work environment
  • May be required to assist with tasks typically assigned to more junior positions
Experience/Education
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10+ years relevant experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to lead the estimating process and deliverable for projects throughout the design phase
  • Extensive knowledge of On-Screen Take-off, Destini, and Site work software tools for take-offs
  • Ability to present estimating deliverables (internally and externally) and participates in interviews during the pursuit phase
  • Ability to conceptually estimate projects with limited information
  • Ability to estimate multiple facility types such as residential high rise, healthcare, interiors and institutional
  • Ability to estimate within multiple delivery methods
  • Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with industry partners (Owners, designers, subcontractors, etc.) for the development of estimating deliverables
