Annual Pay: Full-time drivers on this fleet can make $53,092.00 - $118,560.00 per year
**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate.
Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,021.00 - $2,280.00 per week ($53,092.00 - $118,560.00 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.65 - $0.69 per mile , depending on experience.

Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.

HOW TO GET HIRED!

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Required: Must have a valid Class A CDL
2. Required: Must be 21 years of age or older
3. Required: A safe driving record on the road is required.
4. Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
5. Required: 6+ months of driving experience required
6. Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience, but not necessary
7. Required: Background Check required
8. Required: Clean Drug Test required
9. Required: Clean Clearinghouse result required
10. Required: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
• There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
• Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Responsibilities

Serves as a Physician in a Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The purpose of the position is to apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients.

Major Duties

• Serves as a recognized technical authority in the delivery of Family Medicine. Also serves as a recognized technical authority in the Urgent Care Clinic, as needed. Independently formulates full treatment plans based on sound evaluation and diagnoses consistent with current and/or evidence‑based clinical practice guidelines. Diagnoses illnesses and prescribes and administers healthcare treatment plans for people suffering from injury or disease. Coordinates with facility and community resources to provide multi‑disciplinary comprehensive care to all patients, taking into account factors such as new and/or emerging procedures and techniques and the patient’s personal history, as well as information gained through diagnostic tests. Applies new procedures in the evaluation and treatment of complex patient cases and conducts research for the advancement of the Family Medicine program and for quality improvement to other providers and patients. Routinely manipulates, repositions, and assists with patient movements that can exceed 40lbs. Performs emergency services or crisis intervention, including life‑saving emergency procedures when necessary. Promotes preventative and health maintenance care, stresses positive health behaviors and self‑care through education and counseling. Encourages patients to make difficult lifestyle changes to improve their health and provides follow‑up treatment and care to patients to ascertain compliance with therapy and response to treatment. Provides advice by telephone and/or in person to other physicians, non‑physician providers, and other professional medical staff on the care of patients with urgent, emergent, and nonurgent medical problems.

• Serves as member of the professional medical staff and provides advisory and consultative services on various meetings, committees, conferences, and/or boards. Participates in committees/ meetings that evaluate the care provided to patients at MTF, identifies opportunities to change the care delivered, advises on difficult or complex cases, and recommends corrective action when problems exist. Participates in Quality Assurance (QA) functions, performance improvement programs, risk management programs, and peer review programs. Basic Requirements

Degree: Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or equivalent from a school in the United States or Canada. This degree must have been accredited by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association; Association of American Medical Colleges; Liaison Committee on Medical Education; Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation of the American Osteopathic Association, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school must have provided education and medical knowledge equivalent to accredited schools in the United States. Evidence of equivalency to accredited schools in the United States is demonstrated by permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, a fifth pathway certificate for Americans who completed premedical education in the United States and graduate education in a foreign country, or successful completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination. Licensure: Applicants must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

Residency Training

The salary determination process begins after the initial job offer is accepted. This consists of the Activity Compensation Panel adding base pay and market pay to determine your starting salary and this will be provided to you once approved.
