The Americas Solution Engineer Lead is the principal technical sales advisor and strategist for the corporate segment, serving as the link between technical sellers and broader account vision.   • Drive Key Technical Initiatives: Lead regional technical sales initiatives (e.g., SAP on Azure migrations, GitHub for Developers integration) and track progress toward goals.
  • Collaboration with ATU/STU/CSU: Work with account, specialist, and customer success leads to accelerate deals, remove roadblocks, align POCs with account goals, and ensure seamless hand-off from pre-sales to delivery.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

Role Description:
An Azure Senior FinOps Engineer who combines financial operations (FinOps) expertise with deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure to help organizations manage, optimize, and govern their cloud spending effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
The Azure Senior FinOps Engineer is responsible for working with our business key collaborators, partners and customers to enable an efficient use of Cloud during the application lifecycle.

  • Deep understanding of Azure Cloud Services and architectures, pricing models, and billing structures that will allow the candidate to perform deep dives and complex analysis of cost trends, anomalies, identify areas of improvement and support decision making with data driven-insights.
  • Ensure that the appropriate Azure Services are used in each environment to avoid overspending.
  • Establish and track KPIs for Azure Cloud Financial Performance.
  • Collaborate with the platform teams to ensure that the Cost Financial Management tooling is configured accurately across all environments.
  • Construct dashboards to analyze costs trends and anomalies to be able to perform a root cause analysis.
  • Automate the configuration and management of Cloud Financial Management tooling via APIs.
  • Configure pipelines that run daily/nightly/weekly for automatic updates of these configurations and automatic reports generation.
  • Ensure that the tagging standards are respected and new guidelines are implemented.
  • Demonstrable eagerness to learn the latest industry trends and can translate how these services or technologies can improve cost / performance for our business stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years working experience with Azure Cloud Services and performing optimizations via rightsizing/modernization.

  • Experience working with REST APIs and crafting automation based on REST APIs.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming in at least one language: Python preferred.
  • At least 5+ years experience in a large-scale organisation in a similar role.
  • Experience with bash scripting or PowerShell scripting.
  • Have excellent debugging skills and a proactive attitude when performing deep dive analysis.
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude and be open to adapt to the changes and new challenges;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, monitor, tune, evaluate, report, and maintain systems and procedures across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures to identify and mitigate threats to corporate networks, assets, and users.
  • Use threat intelligence, incident response, and SIEM analysis to develop and apply custom security rules and policies that protect information assets.
  • Identify core requirements, design and implement security technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to perform ongoing tuning and alerting on those technologies.
  • Lead the technical implementation of systems and clearly communicate security requirements to management and security leadership.
  • Engineer, design, install, and support security technologies such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Host Intrusion Prevention (HIPS), Security Incident and Event Managers (SIEM), Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management (VM), Email Gateways, Breach Mitigation, Certificate Management, SSL encryption/decryption, Identity Management, Cloud Security, Database Security, and Web Gateways.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity management to develop and implement project plans that support rapid advancement of security initiatives.
  • Participate in information systems risk assessments and serve on emergency response teams for handling security incidents.
  • Create detailed proposals and implementation plans for new security systems that enhance or enable capabilities for network or host environments.
  • Recommend and evaluate security tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise security measures.

Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, subnetting) in hybrid and cloud environment
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure design, architecture, and management across Azure and AWS
  • 3–5 years’ experience in large, complex business environments working directly with senior management
  • 3–5+ years preferred in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or Operations, or Application Development
  • Experience in implementing cloud security tools such as intrusion prevention, database activity monitoring, and container security
  • Competency tuning cloud security tools and alerts to reduce noise and improve detection
  • Strong understanding of application-layer protocols (HTTP, SSH, SSL, DNS)
  • Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Proficient in deploying and managing infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform
  • Experience securing containerized applications, Kubernetes clusters, and managed Kubernetes services
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments focused on integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient with Linux systems and microservice architectures in cloud-native environments
  • Scripting and automation experience using Python, Go, Ruby, or similar languages
  • Knowledge of cloud security controls, frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001), and best practices
  • Competency in network segmentation, virtual networking, and cloud-native firewalling

About this role


We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing our internal network and cloud infrastructures, ensuring they effectively support our business operations.


This position is located at our headquarters in Kirkland, WA, and will report directly to the Senior Director of Information Security.


Responsibilities



  • Design and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, proactive management, and troubleshooting of technology infrastructure solutions, including IT infrastructure and platforms, network, telecom, security system, surveillance systems, cloud storage, end-user devices, management and monitoring solutions.

  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain, monitor, and support the IT infrastructure environment throughout the company, including facilities, HQ and remote offices.

  • Network Management : Accountable for the ongoing management, reliability, availability, and performance of our network infrastructure.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to facilitate problem resolution and identify opportunities for using technologies to automate and streamline business processes, ensuring they are secure, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective.

  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases, including financial modelling and strategic planning as needed.

  • Technology Management: Manage the company’s Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, ADFS, Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows server operating systems, virtualization, server hardware, networking, VoIP, security technologies, and monitoring solutions.

  • Network Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve network issues across the network/voice domain. Develop standard operating procedures and baseline network monitoring standards. Support network transport (LAN/WAN), service delivery (Voice/Data/Collaboration), and network provisioning in accordance with industry’s best practice and company standards.

  • Hardware Acquisition: Responsible for negotiating and acquiring hardware (laptops, computer peripherals, etc.) and overseeing installation activities for new hardware and software components.


Requirements



  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Cloud Services: Proficiency in managing cloud services such as AWS, Azure and/or other Content Delivery Networks (CDN’s).

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience and demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting across various infrastructure disciplines, including, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, ADFS, Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows server operating systems, virtualization, server hardware, networking, VoIP, security technologies, and monitoring solutions.

The Cybersecurity Engineer III is highly proficient in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, best practices, and processes. Position Summary
This position leads the designs, develops, configures, implements, tunes, maintains solutions, resolve technical and business issues related to cybersecurity threat & vulnerability management, identity management, security operations center, forensics, and data protection. Core Functions

  • Proactively initiates the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, upgrades, enhancements, while looking forward three to five years.
  • Leads in providing technical expertise and support for cybersecurity solutions, including operational aspects of the software.
  • Serves as subject matter expert in the design, implementation, and compliance of secure baseline configurations for applications and infrastructure components.
  • Proactively initiates technical assessments of systems and applications to ensure compliance with policy, standards and regulations.
  • Authors new cybersecurity standards and procedures. Leads the revision of existing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, as needed.
  • Serves as technical leader for cybersecurity projects, including the development of project scope requirements, budgeting, work breakdown and operational handoff.
  • Identify threats and develop suitable defense measures, evaluate system changes for security implications, and recommend enhancements, research, and draft cybersecurity white papers, and provide first-class support to the cybersecurity operations staff for resolving difficult cybersecurity issues.
  • Under limited direction, self starter, this position is responsible for cybersecurity across multiple departments system-wide and requires interaction at all levels of staff and management. Work closely on cross functional IT Teams. Leads work through indirect leadership across other cyber resources. Articulate complex Security functions into simple business ease.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess strong knowledge of business, information security and/or computer science as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
Experience normally obtained through seven plus years of experience of enterprise-scale information security engineering, preferably in healthcare.Must also possess three plus years’ experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience.
Experience with IT operations, automation of security processes, coding and scripting languages, ability to document security processes as well as use case development. Experience with the assessing cyber products, including vendor selection, define requirements, contractual documentation development. Experienced assessing and reaching out to vendors for needed features via enhancement requests. Expert understanding of regulatory and compliance mandates, including but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley. Experienced in planning, designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions, operating, maintaining and managing the lifecycle of cybersecurity solutions. Advanced knowledge of Security Engineering Principles, including risk management, resilience, vulnerability management, Information Security, NIST, MITRE , etc. Advanced expertise in Cyber products supporting Data Loss Prevention, EDR, AntiVirus, Perimeter services, threat systems, cyber platform analytics, SIEM, CASB, CLOUD Security, ETC. Proven Cloud Security experience. Requires independent judgment, critical decision making, excellent analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communications. Ability to think quickly under difficult or complex conditions and clearly communicate to appropriate staff; ability to balance project workloads with customer support and on-call demands. Must demonstrate deep knowledge of information technology and information security principles and practices. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels.
