Oracle Order Management Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management . Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Will be responsible for learning the business processes and the technology used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Gather requirements from the stakeholders and prepare backlog for the development team. Will be part of Commercials and Logistics LOB, performing standard BA activities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Have strong understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle and its integration with other ERP modules (Especially Account receivables).

  • Configure and support CX (Customer Experience) sales, including order capture, fulfillment, pricing, holds, L2C (Lead‑to‑Cash) dashboard, quoting through CPQ and shipping integrations.

  • Support, troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day end‑user production issues in OM system processes via ServiceNow ticketing system and/or end‑user communication. Facilitate technical resolution by coordinating among end‑users and software development teams to investigate, reproduce and resolve issues.

  • Work closely with business users to gather and analyze business requirements to improvise order management processes and translate them into technical solutions by preparing the functional specification/design documentation for system enhancements, integrations, and custom reports, along with the creation of associated work items using JIRA for backlog management.

  • Refine JIRA tickets (enhancements or defects) to include the problem summary, acceptance criteria, proposed solution, steps to reproduce and test plan.

  • Participate in Backlog planning sessions, Sprint planning session to discuss the priority and readiness of JIRA work items as part of SDLC

  • Perform Quality Assurance Testing for the enhancement or defect type of work items in lower environments

  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for approval from business stakeholders and end‑user training.

  • Responsible for both design and delivery of features that integrate to form a unified solution to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT) to ensure system alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate and lead regular status meetings with stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, deliverables and discuss ongoing issues.

  • Work with Oracle BI Publisher for scheduling Report Jobs.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment based on priority.

  • Work on performance impact of new and existing features for continuous improvement

  • Help end‑users utilize the features of the product based on their requirements.

  • Use Google workspace (and MS office suite) application for documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the AI Infrastructure & Data Platform, aligning with enterprise AI and digital transformation strategies. Lead the evolution of the underlying data fabric, MLOps, and agentic infrastructure enabling large-scale AI model training, deployment, and automation. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to establish standardized agent frameworks, API ecosystems, and developer-facing tools. Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, LangChain, LangGraph) and integrate them into the platform strategy.
  • Product Delivery & Execution: Translate business and technical requirements into actionable epics, features, and prioritized backlogs. Partner with program management on PI Planning, dependency mapping, and milestone definition for each release cycle. Drive the development and adoption of reusable data pipelines, orchestration layers, and service APIs that power enterprise AI applications. Collaborate with Change Management to ensure readiness for platform releases, documentation, and stakeholder training.
  • Data & ML Platform Enablement: Define and manage the data platform strategy, including ingestion, governance, lineage, cataloging, and real-time data access. Enable consistent, high-quality, and auditable data pipelines for AI and ML workloads. Partner with AIOps/AgentOps to build systems for agent evaluation, observability, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal to uphold enterprise AI governance standards and responsible AI practices.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise teams, data scientists, and engineers to identify pain points, gather feedback, and validate product-market fit. Communicate product vision and technical trade-offs effectively to executive, business, and technical audiences. Ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous platform adoption through proactive engagement and measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or cloud systems. Proven track record of delivering scalable platform products in complex enterprise environments. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data pipeline tools, and modern MLOps ecosystems. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and autonomous systems.
