  • Communicates with subs and suppliers to clarify pricing information. Determines the suitability and competitive stance of subs and suppliers.
  • Prepares and analyzes estimate formats in such areas as general conditions, general bidding, quantity takeoffs and bid analysis.
  • Is responsible for the preparation of bid proposal for submittal.
  • Attends Owner meetings during estimate development.
  • Prepares detailed schedules for proposed projects.
  • Initiates various special projects related to estimating.
  • Assists and guides staff towards completion of special projects.
  • Initiates schematic plans or sketches to illustrate approach and strategy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Over seven years' experience in estimating commercial construction projects, demonstrating competence in hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual estimating.
  • Possesses sufficient knowledge of all construction systems and disciplines, including mechanical and electrical, in order to complete comprehensive cost estimates without assistance from others.
  • Good working knowledge of self-performed concrete construction.
  • Has experience in estimating at all stages of design: conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
  • Understands and utilizes proven estimating and bidding strategies.
  • Fully understands and practices the principles of Target Value Design.
  • Has the ability to utilize the latest estimating software used by Layton.
  • Proven working knowledge of Destini Estimator software, BlueBeam, Assemble, and other latest software and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and coordinate team members.
  • Has integrity: maintains normal standards of ethics, conduct, and organizational policies in job-related activities.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, computer, printer, phone, copier, fax, etc.

Salary

The full salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.

Purpose/Scope Of Role

The Director Military and Regional Grocery & Package Liquor is accountable for achieving the overall FY Plan within the assigned customer base. You’ll be expected to elevate capability, sharpen commercial instincts, and actively grow the next generation of NAM talent. The team will look to you for clear standards, real-time feedback, and the structure needed to win consistently.
  • Cross‑Functional & Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with Performance Management, Chain Development, Shopper Marketing, Category Development, Revenue Management, Supply, Region Field Teams, Military Broker and both spirits and beer distributor partners to drive alignment and ensure cohesive, best‑in‑class execution across the assigned accounts. Maintain strong connectivity with key retailers.
  • Market Presence: Maintain a strong market presence, staying close to key customers (retailer, broker and distributor), competitors, and consumers (the 3 C’s), with travel estimated at 40-50%.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure this team works closely with our distributors (and Military Broker) and regions across spirits and beer to drive the highest level of execution across the accounts.
  • Commercial & Financial Management: Manage your allocated A&P & Fixed Trade Spend budget to drive consistent growth across the accounts. Monitor performance against targets, identify course‑correcting actions, and drive share, distribution, and velocity growth. Lead planning processes and negotiations with key retailers.
  • Opportunity & Risk Assessment: Lead ongoing assessment of opportunities and risks to ensure delivery of plan. Maintain upmost accuracy and discipline across forecasting, promotional planning, M&E processes and budgets.

Experience / Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Min of 5yrs of experience in sales and customer management across nat/reg customers, with Military Channel customer management experience preferred

Job Description

The Finance Business Partner (FBP) Senior Analyst is a key financial advisor supporting delivery teams and program leadership across federal government contracts. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end project financials, deliver accurate forecasting, drive compliance, and provide analytical insights that strengthen contract execution and financial outcomes.

You will partner across Delivery, PMO, Contract Management, and Controllership to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and high‑quality reporting. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, analytically strong, and eager to influence program financial health through data‑driven decision support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract-level forecasting activities, including gathering inputs, analyzing trends and variances, and presenting results to delivery and account leadership.
  • Review monthly financial results to ensure accurate cost postings, revenue recognition, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and federal requirements.
  • Manage working capital balances through unbilled reviews, inventory reconciliations, invoicing tracking, and cash‑flow optimization.

Must Have
