Position Overview:

The Territory Manager is responsible for supporting the Area Sales Manager in delivering on capital commitments with the sale of Tablo in new and existing locations. The Territory Manager will implement targeted business plans including prospecting greenfield accounts, console expansion in current accounts, relationship development with Nephrologists and generating key stakeholder interest. This role requires strong selling capabilities including knowledge in the capital sales process, the ability to build a team of advocates and enough tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis. Territory Managers are highly motivated sales professionals who excel in prospecting, generating interest, uncovering sales opportunities, and building relationships.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Implement targeted business plans supporting the Area Sales Manager and console growth
  • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events and Tablo demos.
  • Generate key stakeholder interest with Director of Dialysis, Biomed, Purchasing Director, Supply Chain Director, Pharmacy, Director of ICU, Nurse Educators, and Intensivists
  • Drive sales activities through multiple stakeholders in non-Tablo, contracted RIDN accounts
  • Build interest in Tablo via office visits, LTAC discovery calls, educational dinners, educational symposiums, and fellowship journal clubs
  • Responsible for sales activities in new product launches, implementation, and go-lives
  • Represent ASM in various sales meetings
  • Build support from physicians, clinical staff and administration for Tablo
  • Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation driving procedural volume and growth
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Develop expert level knowledge of Dialysis
  • Make economic case for Tablo purchase
  • Handle communications and administrative follow-up
  • Ensure adherence to Company Quality policy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience preference for experience in healthcare or capital sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven successful track record in medical equipment sales
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, dependent upon account distribution
  • Selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to join our team. The Maintenance Technician Apprentice performs a variety of tasks and assignments including the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure. The focus will be on equipment uptime and reliability, preventative maintenance, safety, troubleshooting, controls and automation equipment, and process improvements. This position will gain experience as a Maintenance Technician while completing relevant coursework through the apprenticeship program.

Hours for this position is first shift Monday-Friday (flexible hours depending on coursework) with the opportunity to work on 2nd or 3rd shift full time after apprenticeship program is completed.

Repairs, replaces and tests of electrical circuits on equipment. Isolates defects in wiring, switches, motors and other electrical equipment using testing instruments. Replaces faulty switches, sockets and other elements of electrical systems. Mounts motors and completes circuits per diagram specifications. Stays current with all codes and attends Entegris training. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Inspects completed work for conformance with job specifications and safety requirements. Serves as a primary resource for controls and automation maintenance issues. Utilizes the computerized work order system. Enter information and completes all required documentation thoroughly and timely. Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product quality. Follows standard Engineering and Technology practices and procedures. Participates in Entegris' continual quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction. We seek a two-year technical degree (controls, automation, robotics, electrical, mechanical electrical, etc) (or) equivalent experience and training in a manufacturing environment. High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Solid works or CAD or equivalent, Word, Excel. Requires high degree of mechanical aptitude and creative problem solving. What you will need to accomplish:

School Safety:
  • Implement and adhere to the school Traffic Management Plan (i.e. Drop Off & Pick Up Zone)
  • Implement the School Safety Plan, the School Emergency Response Team assignments, Safety Training, and the provision of safety supplies and materials
  • Ensure schools:
    • Complete the annual update and certification of the established School Safety Plan
    • Implement safety protocols for before-school and after-school programs
    • Comply with established Injury/Illness Prevention Plan and Wellness Policy

School Services:
  • Perform monthly attendance auditing and reporting to authorizer
  • Ensure schools:
    • Exceed the minimum standards set forth in the Quality Assurance Operational Review (QAOR) by providing individualized support to School Leadership and Administration
    • Remain in compliance with National School Lunch Program regulations
  • Responsible for the provision of infrastructure, logistics, and adherence to applicable health department codes
  • Support schools in preparation for a successful annual oversight visit by authorizer
  • Host weekly operational meetings with Principals
Finance and Accounting:
  • Manage inventory and assignment of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Support schools with reconciling purchase orders and vendor invoices
  • Ensure compliance with PUC Schools Finance and Accounting Manual
  • Responsible for the provision of school supplies and equipment
Facilities Maintenance:
  • Coordinate the provision of service under established Service Agreements and Maintenance Schedules
  • Ensure that schools maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and energy efficiency
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements in partnership with PUC National Facilities and Operations Department
  • Perform periodic janitorial staff work evaluations to ensure safety and service targets are met
  • Ensure that school security systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building systems are fully operational
Event Management:
  • Administer scheduling process and usage of school space such as multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, athletic facilities, and parking lots
  • Support the planning and execution of school events including family meetings, professional development, graduations, health fairs, and other community events
  • Support end-of-year events/graduations
Other:
  • Publish annual calendar of events as required by conditions of occupancy for the campus
  • Process Insurance Certificate requests as needed
  • Serve as designated contact for surrounding community such as neighbors, etc.
