Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Operations
    • Set and execute the strategic vision for Good360’s supply chain, aligned with organisational goals, funder commitments, and mission impact priorities.
    • Provide executive oversight of warehousing and logistics functions, holding direct reports accountable to performance targets, service levels, and operational standards.

  • Technology & Systems Modernisation
    • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation Management System (TMS), serving as the executive sponsor and internal champion.
    • Define system requirements in partnership with IT, Operations, and Business Intelligence; manage vendor relationships and implementation timelines.
    • Drive adoption of operational technology across the supply‑chain team, building digital capability and change‑management readiness.

Experience
