CPR certified.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
  • Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.
  • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in management is required.

Lo que harás

Como Coach de Habilidades para la Vida (LSC), pasarás tu tiempo en la comunidad con tus clientes, no atrapado detrás de un escritorio. Acompañarás a los clientes donde viven, trabajan y socializan, ayudándoles a ganar confianza e independencia en su vida diaria.

  • Trabaja de forma independiente en la comunidad con tus clientes
  • Utiliza tu vehículo personal para desplazarte a la casa de tus clientes y por la comunidad y ayudarles a alcanzar sus objetivos (¡pagamos por kilometraje!).
  • Utiliza la experiencia de tu vida personal para guiar y apoyar a tus clientes a afrontar los retos de su vida
  • Recibe apoyo 100% en tu trabajo y clientes a través del equipo altamente capacitado de Cypress ILS

Servirás como

Cualificaciones

  • Amable, extrovertido y fiable
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente
  • Al menos 18 años
  • Vehículo fiable, carné de conducir válido y al menos cobertura mínima de seguro
  • Historial de conducción aceptable (sin DUI)
  • Experiencia trabajando en Servicios Humanos, un PLUS
