Job Description

Clarity seeks intelligent, dedicated, and passionate top-notch Program Manager to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Project Manager for midsize team developing a Kubernetes base solution for challenging problems in cyberspace

  • As required, performs related clerical duties, and utilizes various computer functions to accurately enter demographic information into the information system(s), enters test orders, receives, cancels, charges, and credits tests, while ascertaining adequacy of patient information as well as sample identity.
  • Trains and orients new employees, students and residents, as applicable and as assigned.
  • Inform technical staff, supervisory personnel and/or pathologists of any unusual or problematic incidents.
  • May also perform arterial puncture following strict collection and post collection guidelines.
  • Monitors and maintains supplies for those functions for which the position is responsible; uses materials and reagents in a cost-effective manner.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification from an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program is preferred. Minimum 6 months experience performing phlebotomy is preferred. A health-care employer in Brentwood, TN is seeking a mid-level Manager of LBS Technology Finance Function Support. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person reporting to the Brentwood, TN location. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

The role. This manager will lead functional and application support operations within an Oracle Finance environment, taking direct ownership of complex production issues and escalations as a hands-on working manager. The position requires close collaboration across finance functions, with particular emphasis on General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes as well as additional Oracle financial modules. The successful candidate will bridge finance process knowledge with technical application expertise to support day-to-day operations and longer-term system stability.

What we're looking for.

  • Direct Oracle Finance experience.
  • Hands-on functional/application support experience within an Oracle Finance environment—not solely infrastructure or end-user support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Finance processes and Oracle financial modules, particularly General Ledger and Accounts Payable, with exposure to additional modules such as Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, AR, and/or Cash Management.
  • Ability and willingness to operate as a hands-on working manager, becoming directly involved in complex production issues and escalations when needed.

Compensation. $89,937 - $124,563 per year
