Client Overview

For over 30 years, family-owned PermaTherm has evolved as a leading manufacturer of insulated metal panels (IMPs), always maintaining a customer- and culture-centric approach. This focus has driven PermaTherm’s growth and positioned the company for rapid expansion in the design and manufacturing of IMPs. This investment has unlocked significant growth opportunities, strengthened PermaTherm’s competitive differentiation, and laid the foundation for a multi-year expansion trajectory.

PermaTherm’s manufacturing plant is the heart of the company, where its core values—Community, Hard Work, Lifelong Learning, Doing the Right Thing, and Having Fun—are fully embraced. With a highly tenured and dedicated workforce, PermaTherm is entering a pivotal phase of growth that requires strong, hands-on manufacturing leadership to scale operations while preserving its deeply rooted culture.

Position Impact

As production volumes increase significantly in the coming years, this leader will shape capacity expansion, workforce planning, cost discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working in close partnership with the COO, CFO, and commercial leadership, the VP of Manufacturing will ensure manufacturing capabilities remain tightly aligned with sales demand, customer commitments, and PermaTherm’s long-term strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to improve purchasing integration, inventory management, and cost forecasting
  • Support capital investment decisions related to equipment, automation, and facility expansion
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe and positive work environment

Experience scaling operations in a high-growth setting is strongly preferred.

This role requires a proven manufacturing leader who has held senior plant or operations responsibility with full P&L ownership.
