Our District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence within each pharmacy worked by acting as a role model for all, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team.

As a DSP, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will work within the district to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager (PM) and Rx District Leader (DL) to support our pharmacy teams. While working in stores throughout the district, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of the pharmacy and pharmacy team.

The DSP's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator (DPC); overseeing the pharmacy and serving as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts without overlap
• Supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by followingand directing the pharmacy team to followpharmacy workflow procedures and utilizing the safety guardrails at every workstation
• Assumes Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as the only or the primary pharmacist-on-duty
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care and coaching the pharmacy team to do the same: demonstrating compassionate care, collaborating with the patient's total healthcare team, and proactively resolving insurance and/or medication issues
• Proactively offering and delivering immunizations to keep patients healthy; engaging and supporting Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize
• Supporting the effective management of pharmacy inventory in all pharmacies worked by followingand guiding the pharmacy team to followall inventory best practices, with a special focus on protecting cold chain products for our patients and our business
• Remaining flexible for both scheduling and business needs, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
• Maintaining relevant clinical and technical skills for the job as the industry evolves (including but not limited to company-required trainings and CMEs); actively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge to better support patients
• Supporting access to care and helping to improve patient outcomes through pharmacist delivered clinical care such as testing and prescribing services (e.g., COVID/Flu, Hormonal Contraception, etc.) where permissible; empowers the pharmacy team to provide holistic care at every step in the patient care journey
• Understanding and complying with all relevant federal and state laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles; complying with CVS Health policies and procedures to help support patient safety and complying with controlled substance dispensing and recordkeeping, to protect patient privacy and security, and to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace for our colleagues

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

MA I Refills Specialist

To provide courteous customer service and assist providers in prioritizing patient needs, and processing prescription orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and Company policies and procedures.

Representative Duties

The following duties are typical for the MA I Refills Specialist. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Handles patient relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of patient complaints regarding medication refills.
• Answers the phone and refers phone requests to physicians which require a physician's knowledge, from the pharmacists.
• Accepts the written prescription or refill information from physician; confirms completeness of patient record and requests missing information as appropriate, and retrieves the patient's medical record(s) for verification by the pharmacists. Obtains patient allergy information. Communicates with physicians to obtain prescription and refill authorizations.
• Applies basic prescription reading skills to the written prescription upon data entry. Basic prescription reading skills include: dosage form differentiation, directions and product recognition.
• Accesses the clinic computer to obtain complete patient record
• Inputs, accesses, processes, and retrieves data from the clinic computer, as state laws permit.
• Where allowed by law, informs the patient of the availability of generic alternative products.
• Maintains the clean appearance of workstation.
• Maintains and safeguards confidentiality concerning associates, patients and Company information.
• Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
• Treats patients, associates, third parties and vendors with courtesy, dignity and respect.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Qualification Guidelines

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

• Requires good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in dealing with patients, drug representatives, pharmacists and outside health agencies such as Hospice and Home Health.
• Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
• Comply with clinical policies and procedures.
• Must be able to understand prescription information, drug identification and generic equivalents.
• Speaking a second language is an asset to this position

Prosegur's Global Risk Services (GRS) operates Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) services for our clients as a dedicated, managed service. This position is part of a dedicated, embedded team supporting a multinational client in the medical technology sector. This high-performing team of Risk Intelligence Analysts is responsible for monitoring threats to travelers, intaking and assessing intelligence alerts, providing support for the crisis management program, and conducting protective intelligence monitoring to assist the Executive Protection (EP) team on a 24x7x365 basis. This intelligence-focused GSOC works closely with the client's Global Security staff to provide custom intelligence products to support the client's needs.

The Risk Intelligence Analyst is a critical role within the GSOC. This analyst provides focused intelligence and threat monitoring to deter, protect, and respond to threats and risks to the client's personnel and facilities.

Role Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Risk Intelligence Analyst include:

• Monitor global events and provide real-time intelligence and overwatch of client operations.
• Fuse internal and external intelligence sources to research, analyze, and aggregate threat data.
• Deliver timely alerts and specialized threat advisories.
• Support advance planning for company functions by providing country, regional, and event-specific risk intelligence.
• Utilize social media monitoring, OSINT, and specialized protective intelligence tools to track potential hostile surveillance, protests, threats, or other emerging risks to company operations.
• Conduct ad-hoc briefings for senior leadership on unfolding events impacting the company.

• Provide core analytical support to wider GSOC-managed programs including travel security monitoring, intelligence assessment and alerting, assisting with investigations, and providing support to the crisis management program.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security studies, international relations, or related field; or 2+ years equivalent military/professional intelligence training.
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
