Sales Development Representative

This position is designed as a sales development role and will rotate through a number of different territories. The primary responsibility for this position will be to fill in open territories as needed in order to maximize the sales of supplier brands to the trade. This position may be asked to assist the Merchandising Department during particularly heavy merchandising periods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
  • Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company's priorities and customer's needs to include selling display ideas, new products, cold box, shelf, back bar placements and resets, drink and wine lists, and promotions.
  • Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves (where legal).

Job Description

The Mechanic will perform electrical/mechanical corrective and preventative maintenance on liquid filing (bottle finning) equipment, manufacturing equipment, and systems which include wiring, power distribution, servo and stepper controls, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

Work with Production Manager and other Mechanics to maximize efficiency of production lines.

Perform set ups, breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvements on machines.

Ensure that instructions provided in the Work Orders are being followed (i.e. correct codes, box counts, palletizing instructions) by periodically monitoring each line.

Sign off job start-ups to run while ensuring setups are accurately matching the proper components with the work order.

Document major repairs or adjustments in Maintenance log book.

Review production paperwork for accuracy.

Ensure for set up that the proper components are supplied to the production lines and staged for the next shift/job.

Ensures for breakdowns that components from a prior job are removed from the production floor.

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain maximum production and quality.

Communicate with supervisors, operators, and other mechanics.

Create legible written records.

Verify product produced and labeled accurately.

Follow applicable OSHA safety regulations etc.

Understand FDA regulations to the operations and consequences of nonconformance.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience filling liquids into bottles a plus.

Electrical: 24V to 480V, single phase and three phase

The Warranty Administration Lead owns the back-office warranty claims process across all 7 of our dealership sites. This critical role is responsible for submitting warranty claims to OEMs, tracking claim status through approval, managing denied or rejected claims through resubmission, and ensuring all warranty documentation meets strict OEM compliance requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Claims Management: Submit warranty claims accurately and on time to OEMs, primarily Stellantis, across all 7 dealership sites.
  • Lifecycle Tracking: Track claim status through the full operational lifecycleincluding submission, review, approval, and ultimate payment.
  • Denial Mitigation: Proactively manage denied or rejected claims by identifying the root cause of the denial, correcting documentation, and resubmitting promptly.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all warranty repair orders have complete and compliant documentation before submission, including proper diagnosis codes, labor operations, and parts documentation. Maintain alignment with OEM warranty policies and audit requirements.
  • Site Support & Partnership: Partner with Service Advisors and Service Managers at each individual site to improve warranty repair order (RO) documentation quality directly at the point of creation.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile warranty payments received against claims submitted, identifying and swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the monthly Stellantis Financials Submission with accurate, verified claims data.
  • Analytics Delivery: Provide regular reports on warranty claims volume, approval rates, denial trends, and claim aging to the Strategy & Analytics Sr. Manager.

What You Should Have

  • Minimum of 3+ years of automotive warranty administrator experience, with a heavy emphasis on OEM processes (Stellantis/CDJR experience highly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of OEM warranty policies, labor operations, diagnosis coding, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and guide site-level Service Advisors and Managers on documentation best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of reconciling financial payments and spotting denial trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a centralized, fast-paced, and evolving back-office environment.
