QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed for prescriptive authority in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Insurable for liability coverage as a Family Practitioner

Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant.   • Lead the mechanical integration and assembly of prototype autonomous trucks.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to install subsystems, configure networking, flash software, and calibrate sensors.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in prototype vehicle builds, hardware integration, or low-volume manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent technical training and practical experience.
  • Strong background working with complex mechatronic systems in industries such as automotive, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.
