We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team! Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54 bed critical care hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsible for educating, problem solving and building relationships with referral sources, obtaining referrals, completing assessments, and participating in planning, organizing and executing the business departmental plan. Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel is required. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with their assigned accounts as well as those of their team members.

Functions as a key source of market intelligence providing direct communication between the community, referral sources and physicians to their Vibra Hospital Team. Often serves as the "face of Vibra" in the community and is responsible for developing a positive, professional image conducive to building long lasting relationships with our customers.

Required Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist or Social Worker required in the state where support is provided.
  • Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting or home health care agency/company required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mammography imaging and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure proper functioning of mammography equipment and address any malfunctions.

  • Responsible for applying analytical skills to interpret mammographic images, assess quality, and verify patient information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.

Should possess a basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes of work, as well as a basic understanding of the design process relative to the project schedule.

Have a basic understanding of project administration, including the submittal process, document control requirements, and change management.

Possess an ability to understand and utilize schedule software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and schedule principles such as schedule logic, predecessors, successors, and float.

Should be able to assist in project schedule development and progress updating in collaboration with the site team and trade partners to meet key milestones.

Should be able to assist in preparing schedule update narratives and reports and assist in developing construction sequencing to help the project team plan efficient workflows.

The team supports investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, administrators, and numerous internal parties.ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated support throughout initial onboarding and subsequent transactional processing, working closely with fund administrators to ensure seamless client experience.Deliver ongoing client support and facilitate account maintenance updates across internal groups and external administrators, ensuring communication, reporting, and funds are accurately distributed.Support high-profile fund managers and distributors in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes.Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company's proprietary technology platform.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field1-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator/client service role or the alternative investment industryExperience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions)A basic understanding of industry standard AML, tax, and CRS documentation and requirementsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAble to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressureProven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team playerProficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Interest or knowledge in technologyBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
