What You Will Do
The Principal Industrial Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, securing resources and support, and developing solutions that will facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, safety, and quality improvement within Lowe's Supply Chain and Distribution teams. Within distribution, the Principal Industrial Engineer will provide detailed analysis for new process design, layout, technology, product slotting, and setup. The Principal Industrial Engineer will serve as subject matter expert and thought leader to the business leaders and peers in defining and implementing solutions. The Principal Industrial Engineer will also gather, analyze, and present data for key supply chain decision making. The Principal Industrial Engineer will ensure we are developing network consistency by acting as a key communication link between the corporate and field based engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyzes elements of existing DC network to include:

• New processes and equipment

Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5 years' experience in Industrial Engineering, or
•Masters' Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3 years' experience in Industrial Engineering
and
•5 years' experience in time and motion studies, engineered labor standards development and implementation
•5 years' experience with a warehouse management system
•5 years' experience managing a cross-functional project from conception to implementation

Preferred Qualifications

•5 years' experience in retail distribution with an emphasis on a performance based culture
•5 years' experience in facility layout and project/capital justification
•5 years' with a proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities

What You'll Do:

• Partners with local healthcare leaders to develop a coordinated delivery system within the communities serviced by the clinic(s).
  
• Develops and maintains ties and/or networks in the local community for promoting the mission of YVFWC.
  
• Recommends the establishment, expansion, modification or elimination of services, based on an understanding of community need, organizational capability and financial viability.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations within a modular cleanroom suite. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with USP 797, 800, and other applicable guidelines. You will supervise personnel and maintain the highest standards for compounding safety, quality, and compliance in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Day Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm, rotating 2-2-3-2 schedule

You Will:

• Direct shift sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797 and USP 800.

• Maintain and enforce proper aseptic technique and cleanroom standards

• Provide training and technical guidance to compounding and support personnel performing aseptic manipulations, presterilization activities, visual inspection, labeling/packaging, materials/equipment preparation and movement.

• Perform and accurately document compounding procedures, quality assurance/quality control checks, of compounded sterile preparations

• Review and approve materials prior to use in sterile compounding

• Oversee use of equipment used in sterile compounding operations to used in sterile compounding operations in conjunction with the maintenance team

• Oversee cleanroom workflow, daily logs and environmental monitoring procedures in conjunction with quality.

• Work closely with R&D Teams on the development and scale up of new compounded sterile preparations.

• Follow all safety, USP, BOP, and internal guidelines for the preparation of compounded medications.

• Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure precautions are taken in all compounding activities in accordance with USP 797 including when working with hazardous chemicals in accordance with USP 800 and applicable laws

• When required, wear all personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-charge (PIC), Sterile Compounding Manager, Pharmacist, and/or Lead Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for personnel, quality, compliance and regulatory matters.

• Willingness to complete external training as required

You Have:

• 2+ years of Pharmacist experience.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

• Active Pharmacist license in state of Ohio.

• Experience with sterile compounding; preferably compounding from non-sterile starting components.

• Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.

• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy

• Ability to work flexible shift times

• Proficiency in Windows based computer systems

• Must be able to undergo respirator fit testing - Full beards or a lot of facial hair may prevent a proper seal for the respirator

• Must be a knowledgeable and empathetic leader to in-person pharmacist and technician teams

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Pharmacists will work in a variety of positions and locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and walking; for prolonged periods of time

• Must be able to wear required compounding safety equipment for long periods of time when required.

• Maintain all security and privacy rules regarding the use and handling of protected health information (PHI) in compliance with federal and state HIPAA regulations

• Follow all state and pharmacy regulations and rules as designated by the required State Board of Pharmacy and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment as mandated by the FDA's rules and regulations

• Experience compounding from non sterile starting components.

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and compounding workflow software.

Reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist, the Compounding Pharmacist will be responsible for the oversight and growth of compounding capabilities, as well as acting as a subject matter expert of compounded treatments. You will strive to maximize quality and patient safety while dispensing medication in accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.

You Will:

• Perform and accurately document compounding procedures, quality assurance/quality control checks, and dispensing of compounded preparations

• Train and evaluate compounding personnel

• Review and approve materials for use in compounding

• Oversee use of equipment to compound prescription orders and monitor the compounding environment in conjunction with the maintenance team

• Must have familiarity and experience with all necessary pharmacy and compounding equipment

• Work closely with R&D teams on the development and scale-up of new compounded formulations

• Follow all safety, USP, BOP, and internal guidelines for the preparation of compounded medications.

• Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure precautions are taken in all compounding activities within the lab, including when working with hazardous chemicals in accordance with USP <795>,<800> and applicable laws

• When required, wear all personal protective equipment (PPE)
