Job Description

General Summary of Job Duties:

The Apprentice Bartender will be responsible for assisting the bartenders in a variety of tasks, such as preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety and health policies. This role will require excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assists the Bartenders to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all bars.
  • Must be able to accurately enter food and beverage orders into the MICROS system and follow departmental cash handling procedures with guest comps and credit cards.
  • Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with guest's loyalty.
  • Adheres to the proper par stock levels at all bars and coolers when executing the liquor order. Must also be able to order bottle for bottle from the warehouse and verify orders that are received from the warehouse daily.
  • Must be able to complete all assigned tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrate a sense of urgency no matter what business volume is at the time.
  • Properly store all glassware, condiments, beer, liquor, and paper products, fruits and garnishes, and any other necessary items to operate an efficient operation. All fresh cut fruit preparation items such as fresh cut fruit will be labeled properly, and First in First out procedures will be followed on all items.
  • Ensures proper alcohol awareness procedures.
  • Be careful and diligent with all dishes, glasses, and service ware.
  • Check for proper identification of a person who is under the age of 35.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Multi-Modality Technologist

The Multi-Modality Technologist is responsible for the maintenance and quality of patient care in the assigned departments and throughout the organization. These duties and responsibilities described below represent the general tasks performed on a daily basis; other tasks may be assigned.

In This Role:

Roles & Responsibilities: The DoW Special Programs Manager provides strategic leadership for MITRE's DoW Special Programs security operations by leading a team of Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs) and other security professionals supporting Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and associated security programs. This position is responsible for personnel leadership, operational excellence, compliance oversight, and customer engagement across multiple Special Programs facilities and associated projects. The Manager ensures consistent execution of sponsor requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational security policies while standardizing processes, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining inspection readiness. As the primary interface between MITRE technical organizations, government sponsors, and enterprise security partners, this leader enables secure mission execution by integrating security early into new initiatives and providing trusted guidance across the organization. The DoW Special Programs Manager will:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs) and Special Programs security professionals by establishing performance expectations, supporting career development, and managing staffing, workload distribution, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Provide strategic oversight of Special Programs security operations across multiple facilities and programs, ensuring compliance with sponsor directives, contractual requirements, Intelligence Community (IC), Department of War (DoW), and MITRE policies.
  • Direct and oversee compliance activities performed by assigned CSSOs, ensuring organizational readiness for sponsor inspections, accreditations, self-inspections, audits, and corrective action programs.

Job Function:

Independently performs basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealership owned equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors and hay equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.

Participates in all job-related training and development.

Prepares shop tickets and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.

Maintains current product knowledge of New Holland, Toro, Stihl and competitive products.

Performs pre-delivery set-up and inspection on new equipment as required.

Maintains a clean and safe working environment and performs job duties with a good attitude.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Experience in related field

Skilled in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be computer literate.

Valid driver’s license required.

Possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. and work bent-over repeatedly.

 

Duties will include set-up & prep of new machinery, troubleshooting and repair of equipment including lawn and garden, farm tractors, compact tractors, hay & forage equipment, material handling equipment, and light duty construction equipment. Some travel for road repairs may be required.

Must have clean Driver's License & basic tools. Experience and/or equivalent education in related field. Basic computer skills necessary. Prior experience in an agricultural industry a plus.
