We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

IT Service Technician

Compensation: USD $53,040.00/Yr.

El Paso, TX

GovCIO is currently hiring for an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support for our federal customer. This position will be located in El Paso, TX and will be an onsite position. All contract personnel may be required to travel occasionally for site coverage. Employee will be required to obtain an A+, ITIL Foundation, HDI certification, and one of the following within six months of hire: Security+, Network+, or Server+. The cost of certification will be reimbursed by GovCIO.

The employee provides support for all onsite IT activities. They consult with support teams, help desks, customers and other technical staff in the resolution of problems. They coordinate and perform operation and/or maintenance activities for networks/servers. They identify recurring problems and recommend steps to reduce the severity or frequency of problems. They install, troubleshoot and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment. They deliver services and solutions in technical support, systems refresh, software integration, and operations support. They identify, analyze, and repair product failures, and order and replace parts as needed. They provide onsite training of customer support personnel. Other specific duties include the following:

- Provide on-call support by identifying, researching and resolving technical problems received via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
- Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components.
- Install operating system patches, upgrades etc. via SCCM Software Center
- Provide remote support services for telework/home users.
  - Help ensure user applications work over VPN and/or Citrix.
- Manage user relocation requests.
- Ensure devices are properly encrypted.
- Local On-Site Cabling.
- Provide on-site support for enterprise groups such as the network and security operation centers.
  - Restart network equipment, including switches and routers as directed by enterprise networking.
  - Replace defective network equipment.
- Wireless Services
  - Assist users with mobile communication devices.
  - Provide tier 2 support, including but not limited to hardware troubleshooting, OS reinstall, and assisting with device swapping.
- Asset Inventory Support
  - Assist with physical inventory as needed.
  - Assist with receiving and receipting property.
- Disposal Preparation Support
  - Process computer equipment for disposal.
  - Ensure disposal policies are properly employed.
  - Ensure all devices are fully wiped of information before leaving the facility.
- Video Conferencing and Audio/Video O&M
  - Troubleshoot system problems.
  - Work with support staff for remote troubleshooting and repairs.
  - Assist in setting up presentation devices and video conferencing units.
- Support pre/post application releases.
- Gather analyze, and report end-user support trends.
- Assist tier 1 Service Desk with answering user calls.

Required Skills and Experience

High School with 0-3 years (or commensurate experience)
US Citizen

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Administrator to monitor and troubleshoot the VDI infrastructure for our SOUTHCOM customer. This position will be located in Key West, FL and will be an onsite position.

Establishes and maintains smooth operation of computer systems (to include operating systems, software and hardware) in networked or stand-alone configurations, maintains system integrity, and upgrades systems and/or servers as required. Day to day activities include, but are not limited to:

Provides installation, technical expertise, and training for all telecommunications equipment and components. Provides installation, technical expertise, and training for all telecommunications equipment and components. Installs, configures, terminates and tests all telecommunications equipment, cables, connectors, and interfaces. Performs intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure telecommunication systems are operating efficiently. Maintains telecommunication equipment and component inventory, asset management, media production equipment and facilities as well as fixed installations at various company and/or client sites. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences. Start and power off all VTC/IPTV/AV equipment for sessions, conducting audio visual checks prior to each conference, serve as primary VTC/IPTV/AV equipment operator for VTC conferences and other collaborative meetings, coordinate and implement recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required, and serve as initial responders to customer requests regarding VTC/IPTV/AV problems or issues. Provides installation and technical support for Audio and Video Teleconference systems. Installs, pulls, terminates and tests all ATC equipment, cables, connectors, and interfaces.
Installs projections screens, plasma TVs and different types of speakers.
Reads blueprints and wire ATC racks.
Provides technical support to users experiencing problems with operation or maintenance of systems.
Installation of ATC systems are performed at client sites.
Sets up and maintains equipment for audio and video conferencing and teleconferencing meeting needs.
Provides support to engineers of site VTC and Conference Room systems such as scheduling VTC with external sites, configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences.
Performs video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server.
