Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager, Technology Strategy and Enablement will support the strategic alignment, governance, and enablement of SAP NS2's S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS initiatives under a unified operating model. This role will help coordinate technology vision, roadmap execution, internal IT enablement, and enterprise AI adoption to ensure NS2's platforms and services meet customer, mission, and U.S. security requirements. This position reports to a senior leader within the Office of the CTO and will act as a key program coordinator and enabler, helping ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities, SAP global direction, and internal IT transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Enablement Support the communication of NS2's technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems.
  • Assist with internal IT business enablement efforts, including modernizing core platforms, improving business processes, and supporting automation initiatives.
  • Help coordinate enterprise AI adoption activities, enabling customer-facing platforms and internal operations to leverage AI/ML for improved productivity and decision support.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technology enablement playbooks and roadmaps that incorporate cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud delivery best practices.
  • Help track and ensure that technology initiatives adhere to federal security, accreditation, and mission assurance requirements, working closely with security and compliance teams.
  • Strategic Program Support Support multi-product and cross-business strategic initiatives, helping ensure alignment with NS2's growth objectives and customer requirements.
  • Assist with the tracking of budgets, investments, and resource allocations for technology transformation programs; prepare reports and updates for leadership.
  • Help maintain governance frameworks, including defining and tracking outcomes, KPIs, and return on technology investments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align NS2 initiatives with SAP global strategy (e.g., RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and AI-enabled PaaS innovation).
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Partner with senior leaders, IT teams, and customer-facing teams to collect requirements, share updates, and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and business units, including organizing meetings, workshops, and steering forums.
  • Prepare materials for executive strategy forums, steering committees, and AI adoption working groups, including presentations, status reports, and decision logs.

Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in technology program management, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience supporting programs related to S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS, or other enterprise cloud platforms; familiarity with secure or regulated delivery models is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, either in product/platform delivery or internal IT/process modernization, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive tasks to completion in a structured, organized manner.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Asset Management Analyst

The Asset Management Analyst position is designed to execute enhanced asset management processes that pertain to our fleet management and revenue monitoring activities. Primarily, this individual will provide support for the asset team through data and analytics. The primary goal of the Asset Management Analyst is to provide enhanced asset analysis to provide a better customer experience and to support growth initiatives and increase sales. This position will also be responsible for the execution of projects within Asset Management that are key to orchestrating execution plans and ensure accountability through cross-functional ownership. Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for Fleet Management. Works on Redeployment of Assets within Asset team to prevent units from becoming NLE (No Longer Earning)
  • Works cross functionally with other teams to achieve accurate tracking and reporting of our assets.
  • Create exception reporting to support Asset Management initiatives.
  • Drive special projects as a lead analyst based on Asset Management needs

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Track redeployment of vehicles from reserving to in service of unit to the Customer with coordination with the local AM with reporting and AM centered programs (AMP)
  • DTS Support: Coordinate and assist with key initiatives under the DTS product offering as needed.
  • Asset Management: Fulfill asset requests, Manage Rent to Lease (R2L), Manage Surplus Vehicle Notice (SVN), Vehicle Change Notice (VCN) Monitor Account I/S & O/S to control NYE and NLE s. Attend calls weekly to prevent billing errors on end bills and start bills.
  • Financial: Review and conduct analysis of Fleet, Less than term, FlexLease, Short Term Lease, Fast Track, Vosa while ensuring proper depreciation to salvage during the life of the asset working in tandem with local AM's
  • Creative Solutioning: providing insight and navigating a plan of action to achieve AM goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • MSAccess, SQL, and or Snowflake experience is a plus
  • Power BI experience is a plus

Compensation Information:
