Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
House of Hearts Massachusetts
Roxbury Crossing, MA

Job Description

Job Description
In Home and School Based BCBA

House of Hearts ABA · In home and school based · $88,000 to $95,000 per year

We Are Not Just Another ABA Company

At House of Hearts, we are a movement. We believe every child deserves care that is thoughtful, individualized, and delivered by clinicians who truly love what they do. And we believe the clinicians doing that work deserve a company that cares about them just as deeply.

Too many BCBAs have been treated like a number: buried in caseloads, left without support, and pulled away from the clinical work that drew them to this field in the first place. We are building something different. Here, you are supported, you are invested in, and you are given the room to do your best clinical work for the children and families who need it most.

The Role

As an In Home and School Based BCBA, you will bring high quality ABA services into homes and schools, helping children thrive with their families, in the classroom, and beyond. You will partner with parents, caregivers, teachers, and school teams to create meaningful, lasting change for every child on your caseload.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Design, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on data so every child keeps making progress.

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing clear, hands on clinical guidance in homes and classrooms.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training so families feel confident supporting their child's progress at home.

  • Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to implement behavior plans with consistency and confidence.

  • Collaborate with IEP teams, school psychologists, speech and occupational therapists, and other related service providers.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data that reflect the quality of your clinical work.

Who You Are

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

  • Licensed as a behavior analyst in your state where required, or eligible to obtain licensure.

  • Experienced in home based and school based settings, or deeply excited to work in both.

  • Clinically strong, with a commitment to evidence based practice and ethical, compassionate care.

  • A natural collaborator who can build trust with families, teachers, and school teams.

  • A clear communicator and confident trainer who helps others succeed.

  • Passionate about this work and driven to make a real difference for every child you serve.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.

  • A company that invests in you. We are committed to your growth as a clinician, with ongoing mentorship, clinical support, and a leadership team that genuinely has your back.

  • Room to focus on clinical excellence. We want you spending your time on what matters most: assessing, teaching, training, and helping children succeed.

  • A team that feels like a family. You will work alongside clinicians who share your passion and hold each other to a high standard of care.

  • Purpose in every day. The work you do will change the way children learn, connect, and grow, at home and at school.

Why House of Hearts

Our name says it all. We lead with heart, we hold ourselves to the highest clinical standard, and we never forget that behind every caseload is a child and a family counting on us. If you are looking for a place where your clinical skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly matters, you have found it.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short note about why you want to join House of Hearts to careers@houseofheartsaba.com. Tell us about a child whose progress you are proudest of. We would love to hear your story.
