  • Prepare operatories, instruments, and surgical trays prior to procedures
  • Take and process X-rays and CBCT images as needed
  • Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed at all times
  • Monitor and support patient comfort throughout procedures
  • Document clinical notes and treatment details accurately
  • Coordinate with the lab and surgical team on case preparation and scheduling

What We Are Looking For

  • Active RDA license required
  • 23 years of experience as an RDA, with surgical assisting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a specialty dental setting (implants, oral surgery, or full-arch cases) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in both a front office and clinical setting
  • Strong scheduling and patient communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Calm and professional under pressure in a surgical environment
  • Team player who can adapt quickly and support wherever needed
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software preferred
