Responsibilities

TEAM MEMBER GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Team Member acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Team Member include stocking and merchandising displays, recovering merchandise, display product knowledge, cleaning the store, operating the cash register(s), and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Possess product knowledge and use of selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.

  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities to provide a superior customer shopping experience.
  • Condense and reset displayed merchandise and conduct daily recovery to provide a clutter free customer shopping experience.
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual and Employee Handbook.
  • Operate cash register(s) and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
  • Assist customers in self-checkout process at multiple register terminals simultaneously.
  • Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
  • Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room, and help set up sidewalk displays.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
  • Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to perform cash register functions.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Your Role at KIK

The Production Supervisor leads the daily operations of the filling department to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily filling line operations to achieve production schedules while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
  • Supervise, coach, and develop 2 Shift Leads and approximately 25 production employees: drive accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Monitor key production metrics including output, yields, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions to improve results
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies, GMP standards, sanitation requirements, and regulatory compliance expectations
  • Conduct shift kick-off meetings and lead cross-functional communication to align priorities across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR
  • Optimize staffing and manpower utilization based on production demand, attendance, and schedule priorities

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role required

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support for technicians and managers with warehouse operations.
  • Read schedule, pull material, stage material and direct paperwork to improve Field Mechanic's dispatch times.
  • Maintain set inventory levels and inform Inventory Manager when stocked items need to be reordered.
  • Contact vendor to pick up standard inventory, non-stock or damaged items, and return to vendor for credit.
  • Return materials to correct stock locations from return job shelf.
  • Assist Receiving Clerk with flow of materials to proper shelving areas.
  • Assist with weekly cycle counting
  • Refill inventory bins to appropriate levels.
  • Distribute all paperwork to Data Entry on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist and pull inventory requests for replenishing vehicle truck stock.
  • Assist in other duties and projects as assigned or needed.
  • Make deliveries and pickups as needed.

What We Need From You:

  • 3+ years' experience (required)
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Tow Motor, Pallet jack and Lift truck certification or willingness to train for certification
  • Ability to communicate with customers at counter and on telephone.
  • Knowledge of various mechanical trades and material/inventory.
  • Basic understanding of creating Purchase Orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer and coworker needs
  • Operate mechanical lift or willingness to train
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
  • Recognition of the importance of details
  • Basic computer skills / Ability to learn new software programs

About This Role:

Crusoe is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join as Compliance Counsel, Risk and Compliance in the Legal Department. This role is integral to the continued development and day-to-day execution of Crusoe's global compliance program as we grow and expand internationally.

Reporting to the Global Risk & Compliance Officer, you will support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of our compliance infrastructure across key risk areas. You will also contribute to our evolving approach to the compliance landscape of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented legal professional who can translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-friendly guidance at the intersection of AI, energy, and global commerce.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Program Enhancement & Strategy: Support the continuous improvement of our enterprise-wide ethics and compliance program. Assist with the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and GRC platforms.

  • Governance & Reporting: Help maintain corporate policies and contribute to compliance reporting for leadership and the Board of Directors. Manage compliance tools, including the corporate hotline.

  • International Trade Compliance: Support programs for global sanctions (OFAC, UK, EU), export controls (EAR), and import regulations related to our hardware and service supply chain.

  • Anti-Corruption & AML: Assist with our FCPA/anti-bribery program, including third-party due diligence (KYC/KYB), risk assessments, and internal reviews.

  • Operational & Commercial Compliance: Advise on global data center operations, including supply chain integrity, geopolitical risk, and industry certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).

  • AI Regulatory Landscape: Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to advise on the evolving regulatory landscape of AI managed services and IaaS.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Engineering to provide practical guidance and support employment or litigation matters as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Education & Bar: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.

  • Experience: 5–10 years of legal experience with a meaningful focus on compliance. In-house exposure at a technology, industrial, or energy company is preferred.

  • Domain Expertise: Solid foundational knowledge in Export Controls, FCPA/Anti-Bribery, or Technology/Commercial Compliance.

  • AI/ML Fluency: Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations surrounding AI technologies, including bias, data provenance, and transparency.

  • Communication: Strong ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Relevant professional certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or CIPP.

  • Experience with or exposure to GRC/ERM software platforms.

  • Experience in the technology, energy, or industrial infrastructure sectors.

Compensation Range
