Job Details

The Senior Accountant (Cost Accounting focus) plays a critical role in supporting the Americas Accounting Manager, Corporate Controller, and the St. Louis plant management team. This position contributes to accurate and timely financial reporting that supports strong business decisions across the organization.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven to improve systems and processes, and committed to continuous improvement. This role supports operations in St. Louis, Costa Rica, and Japan, with responsibilities spanning cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and KPI tracking.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on production costs, inventory, and variances; maintain standard costing.
Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reserve analysis.
Manage cash reporting, fixed assets, and capital projects within the ERP system.
Support sales analytics, forecasting, budgeting, tax, and audit requirements.
Partner with operations to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and drive cost efficiencies.
Track KPIs and support cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance.


Experience, Skills & Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or CMA certification preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Minimum of 2 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Advanced data management and analysis capabilities using Excel
Ability to analyze large data sets and translate financial data into actionable insights
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both one-on-one and group settings)
Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care as part of a collaborative community health team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct outpatient medical care to patients across a broad family medicine population
