Lambda
bellevue, wa
Compensation: 226.000 - 335.000

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. Our customers range from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. Lambda's mission is to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity and give everyone the power of superintelligence. One person, one GPU. If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.

  • Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco or San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own program management for the physical plant infrastructure delivery of new data center builds. This role begins after the Real Estate and Site Selection team has selected or acquired a site and continues through construction completion, commissioning coordination, operational readiness, and handoff to the Network Deployment team. This role manages the integrated schedule and cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction management, permitting, utilities, procurement, commissioning, operations readiness, security, finance, and external partners. The scope includes site work, utilities, shell, mechanical systems, electrical systems, controls, white space physical readiness, inspections, commissioning status, and turnover readiness. This role does not own engineering design authority, construction means and methods, GC management authority, real estate acquisition, or steady-state operations. Engineering owns technical criteria and design. Construction Management owns the physical build oversight through the GC. Commissioning owns independent test and acceptance. Operations owns the site after turnover. This TPM owns the integrated delivery plan, schedule visibility, dependency tracking, issue escalation, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver the site.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the integrated program schedule for a new data center build from post-site-selection handoff through handoff to Network Deployment.
  • Coordinate the sequence from rack requirements to engineering criteria, engineering design, engineering plan set, permit submission, permit approval, construction, commissioning, and turnover readiness.
  • Track milestones across site readiness, permitting, utility delivery, design completion, plan set completion, procurement dependencies, site work, shell, MEP systems, controls, white space physical readiness, inspections, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate and Site Selection after site selection to confirm assumptions, constraints, utility commitments, fiber availability, land conditions, permit path, and delivery risks.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure rack, power, cooling, controls, resiliency, security, and operational requirements are reflected in the design package and plan set.
  • Partner with Construction Management to track construction milestones, GC schedule, material availability, field progress, inspection status, and construction risks.
  • Partner with Commissioning to track test plans, commissioning schedule, issue resolution, acceptance criteria, and readiness for operations turnover.
  • Partner with Operations to track staffing readiness, procedures, documentation, training, monitoring readiness, access readiness, and turnover requirements.
  • Maintain site-level risk registers, dependency logs, decision trackers, milestone trackers, schedule variance reports, and executive status updates.
  • Identify risks that could affect delivery dates, including permitting delays, utility delays, design changes, procurement constraints, construction sequencing issues, commissioning failures, inspection delays, or unresolved decisions.
  • Escalate issues with specific facts, including current status, baseline date, forecast date, variance to plan, impact, owner, mitigation options, and required decision date.
  • Ensure the physical plant is ready for Network Deployment, including white space readiness, power availability, cooling readiness, controls readiness, cable pathways, security access, operational access, and turnover documentation.
  • Support schedule recovery planning when site, permit, utility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, or operations readiness milestones slip.

Scope of Ownership

This Role Owns

  • Site-level infrastructure delivery program management
  • Integrated schedule from site selection handoff to handoff to Network Deployment
  • Cross-functional coordination across Engineering, CM, Commissioning, Operations, Utilities, Procurement, Security, Finance, and external partners
  • Milestone tracking for design, permits, construction, commissioning, and turnover readiness
  • Risk, issue, dependency, and decision tracking
  • Schedule variance reporting
  • Escalation preparation
  • Readiness tracking for Network Deployment handoff

This Role Partners With, But Does Not Independently Own

  • Site selection or real estate acquisition
  • Engineering criteria or design authority
  • Plan set technical approval
  • Construction means and methods
  • Direct GC management
  • Commissioning authority
  • Procurement commercial strategy
  • Network deployment execution
  • Services deployment execution
  • Steady-state data center operations

You

  • 10+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure program management, construction program management, technical program management, mission‑critical facilities, industrial construction, or large capital project delivery.
  • Experience managing delivery programs for ground‑up data centers, mission‑critical facilities, cloud infrastructure, industrial facilities, semiconductor facilities, energy infrastructure, or large technical campuses.
  • Strong understanding of the data center delivery lifecycle, including site handoff, permitting, engineering design, plan sets, utilities, procurement, construction, MEP systems, controls, commissioning, inspections, and operations turnover.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, construction management, commissioning, operations, utilities, procurement, permitting, security, finance, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage integrated schedules, critical path risks, dependency logs, decision trackers, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to understand technical tradeoffs well enough to identify risks, ask precise questions, and escalates effectively without owning technical design authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast‑moving, capital‑intensive environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure facilities, GPU data centers, cloud regions, or high‑density compute facilities.
  • Experience with utility interconnection, substation readiness, medium‑voltage or high‑voltage power delivery, MEP systems, controls, and commissioning.
  • Experience working with general contractors, construction managers, design firms, commissioning agents, utilities, and local permitting authorities.
  • Experience at a hyperscale cloud provider, colocation provider, AI infrastructure company, or large infrastructure operator.
  • PMP, construction management, engineering, project controls, or technical infrastructure certification preferred.

Success Measures

  • The assigned site reaches infrastructure turnover on the committed timeline.
  • Engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, procurement, and utility milestones are visible and accurately tracked.
  • Critical path risks are identified early and escalated with clear owner, impact, and mitigation options.
  • The site is handed off to Network Deployment with defined readiness criteria completed.
  • Schedule variance, risk exposure, and decision requirements are clearly communicated to leadership.
  • No major handoff gaps exist between physical plant delivery, networking, services, and operations.

VP, Capital Markets
Achieve
dallas, tx
Compensation: 340.000 - 370.000

Achieve is the leader in digital personal finance, helping everyday people thrive with innovative solutions like home equity and personal loans, and debt relief. We offer personalized financial solutions, blending data, technology, and an empathetic human touch to help members reach a better financial future. Our 2,300+ teammates across hubs in California, Arizona, and Texas collaborate on our mission. Since 2002, we've fostered an inclusive environment, uniting all roles under core values: Care (For Everyone), Get Better (Every Day), Act With Integrity (Every Time), and Collaborate (With Everybody).

Since 2002, Achieve has grown into one of the largest private consumer fintech unicorns in the U.S., with over $40B in enrollments for our industry‑leading, tech‑enabled debt resolution services business, and over $11Bn in personal and home loans originations via our banking‑as‑a‑service partner.

Job Description

Join us and change the world together at Achieve Lending! We're undergoing a massive transformation, fueled by a bold three‑year strategy to aggressively grow our lending business. Our mission is to become a digital‑first, AI‑enabled lending powerhouse - and, with our sister business, Achieve Debt Relief - to solidify our position as the leading platform in Consumer Liability Optimization.

This isn't just growth and transformation; it's a call to exceptional execution.

The Role

Achieve is seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and transformative leader to serve as the Head of Capital Markets. This role will own the strategic multi‑year funding roadmap to support our growth at Achieve, reporting directly to the President of Achieve Lending. The ideal candidate is a distinguished talent sitting at the intersection of investor relations, structured finance, and an advanced understanding of credit risk. Your mission is to transform our Capital Markets activities into a world‑class, programmatic effort that automatically aligns institutional investor demand with credit risk, origination types, and liquidity targets. You will define the performance plan for loan sales and securitization, maintaining full accountability for these outcomes.

Overview of Key Responsibilities

1. Management of the Funding Stack

You will design and guide Achieve's funding stack as a highly diversified asset portfolio. You will intentionally optimize across four core pillars: Cost of Capital, Certainty of Takeout, Capacity, and Resilience. You will strategically architect and oversee:

  • Forward Flow Agreements: Segment partners by credit boxes and product types to anchor baseline capacity, maintain continuous liquidity, and avoid counterparty over‑concentration.
  • Warehouse Lines: Expand and diversify a bank roster with staggered maturities and flexible structural terms (advance rates, optimal eligibility criteria, accordion features) to maximize available days of liquidity under stressed scenarios.
  • Asset‑Backed Securitization (ABS) Program: Maintain a highly predictable, programmatic issuance cadence across macroeconomic cycles to achieve step‑down spread compression relative to peers.
  • Credit Box Alignment: Partner closely with Credit Risk to ensure credit box alignment with forward flow eligibility, warehouse advance criteria, and ABS structural requirements.

In addition, you will partner with our Finance and Treasury teams to prudently manage overall corporate liquidity through our capital markets activities, ensuring a self‑funded operational cushion to withstand market risk.

2. Drive the AI‑Enabled Capital Allocation Engine

Partner with our technology team to transform legacy funding processes to a dynamic, automated Capital Allocation Engine.

  • Systematically route everyday origination volume through algorithmic Best Execution, based on market conditions, funding costs, credit risk factors, and enterprise risk management constraints.
  • Sponsor and scale advanced AI capabilities across:
    • Predictive Pricing
    • Investor Allocations
    • Risk/Prepayment Monitoring
    • Automated Deal Structuring

3. Build Improved Data & Analytics Foundation

Position Achieve as the most transparent, frictionless, and data‑forward platform for institutional investors in the consumer finance industry.

  • Oversee the construction of an institutional‑grade unified loan data warehouse and a self‑service investor reporting portal that replaces static data tapes with dynamic, granular cohort tracking.
  • Extend our capabilities to model credit and stress scenarios - emulating major rating agencies’s models - to accurately predict structural implications and tradeoffs.

4. Drive Cross‑Functional Engagement Model

Improve organizational collaboration between the Capital Markets team and the rest of Achieve by overseeing cross‑functional operating rhythms:

  • Synthesize investor feedback, market intelligence, and shifts in asset preferences.
  • Establish operational gates to ensure new product launches and credit expansions have committed funding and to ensure that Capital Markets participates in shaping what Achieve produces.
  • Align tightly on revenue recognition policies, corporate cost of capital metrics, and optimal balance sheet deployment.

5. Formulate and Expand Product Capabilities

Lead the strategic formulation and capital design of Achieve’s expanding product suite, driving growth into new asset classes while ensuring absolute alignment between capital markets viability and borrower demand.

  • Spearhead the capital strategy and structural design for new lending products across diverse categories, including mortgage, auto, and credit cards, to aggressively broaden Achieve's market footprint.
  • Partner closely with Credit Risk, Marketing, and Business Unit General Managers (GMs) to co‑author product features that simultaneously optimize borrower acquisition, risk‑adjusted returns, and investor appetite.
  • Serve as the structural anchor for all new product initiatives, ensuring that asset designs, credit boxes, and yield profiles seamlessly integrate with warehouse lines, forward flow agreements, and future ABS programmatic issuance.

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 12+ Years of Senior Experience: Deep tenure within consumer structured finance, investment banking, asset management, or fintech capital markets platforms, including 3‑5+ years leading the Capital Markets function.
  • Proven Track Record: Tangible history of managing programmatic ABS platforms, negotiating committed forward‑flow and warehouse facilities, and managing through complex liquidity environments.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline. An MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in quantitative finance is highly preferred.

Technical & Leadership Competencies

  • Distinguished Expert: Equal parts Wall Street transaction experience and modern data‑driven strategist. You possess deep familiarity with structural waterfalls, stress simulations, and advanced modeling.
  • Owner Mindset: Proven ability to manage outcomes, treat investor demand as a managed portfolio, and tie capital markets outcomes directly to long‑term enterprise value creation.
  • Transparent Communicator: Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with a leadership philosophy rooted in proactive transparency to create trust internally and with external partners.
  • People & Culture Leader: Experience building high‑performing, cross‑functional teams across Investor Relations, Structuring, Investor Reporting & Data, Loan Products & Capital Strategy, and Risk & Portfolio Surveillance while fostering a results‑oriented culture focused on rapid execution and strategic impact.
