:Job Profile Summary
The responsibility of the Clinical Research Coordinator I is to assist in providing the overall administration and operation of clinical research trials at CoxHealth. This position requires basic knowledge of clinical protocols and good clinical practices, as set forth by federal regulations and guidelines. Independently, or under the direct supervision of a physician, performs electrocardiogram procedures consistent with the established standard of medical care, following policies and protocols using established anatomical positioning and physiology to produce optimum electrocardiographic data, while keeping patient welfare, confidentiality and comfort a top priority. EKG Technician II is responsible for the operation of electrocardiographic equipment including the electrocardiograph, 24/48 hour holter monitors, PowerChart Cardiovascular, and stress electrocardiographic equipment.

:The Paramedic acts as the primary director of care in emergency and non-emergency situations by providing efficient and immediate care for patients.
