Key Responsibilities

Corporate FP&A Coverage

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as directed by the Head of FP&A, CFO, and senior leadership

  • Lead or support vendor negotiations on key contracts (software, HR tech, professional services, travel, benefits vendors) with a focus on cost reduction and value optimization

  • Monitor contract terms, renewal timelines, and usage data to flag risks and opportunities proactively
  • Work cross-functionally with Tech, HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure procurement decisions follow internal policy and are financially sound

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities


  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform varied warehouse tasks under the regular direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead person, including but not limited to: Accurately processing customer orders into shipments utilizing bar-code
    equipment
    • Operating a powered industrial truck to move and store material as required
    • Loading and unloading of trucks
    • Receive inventory and validate quantities against purchase order
    • Stocking of shelves with material
    • Setup and run Print and Apply machinery
    • Generation of DOT required documentation, including the Bill of Lading
    • Packaging of freight shipments to prevent product damage. This includes shrink
      wrap, banding, and proper carton stacking techniques

Qualifications


Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written multi-step directions for semi-complex tasks.
  • Visual acuity and hand dexterity to package and assemble a variety of materials is required.
  • For selected tasks, color and depth perception may be required.
  • Ability to perform routine computer data entry and queries is required.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Requires the ability to read and follow job instructions, complete written forms, and effectively communicate with others.

  • Reliable, predictable attendance is an essential duty of the job.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Six months of experience working in a warehouse is desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to frequently lift 10 lbs. up to 64 inches, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs for up to 64 inches, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, lift and carry 42 lb bucket 10ft, push and pull up to 50 lbs of force at waist height. This capability will either be determined from a physical exam, or verifiable past performance.
  • Must be able to continuously stand/walk and/or sit during a 9 - 10-hour shift, frequent squatting/crouching, reach, and bend. Frequently step up and down 12" step and manipulate hand controls of mechanical lift.

  • Hot/cold temperatures based on seasonal variations
  • May be humidity, noise, odors, dust
  • Safety precautions are a must to minimize potential exposure to mechanical hazards.

Compensation Disclosure:

What You'll Do:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
