? Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes ? Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and in the correct sequence ?️ Secure products for transport to prevent damage ? Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving ?️ Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading ? Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies ⚠️ Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program ? Model Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude What We’re Looking For
Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success Someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Family?
