Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. High-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for STEMI, CHF, arrhythmia, BP management, stroke, and post-cardiac catheterization patients.
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 with PCA support.

* ACLS & BLS (or within 30 days)

What You'll Do:
Be the go-to leader during shifts—supporting nursing units, managing patient placement, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. You'll collaborate with ED, inpatient, and outpatient teams to keep patient flow efficient and safe. As the Administrative Supervisor , you'll oversee staffing, admissions, and act as the leadership representative when others are off-site.
