Our Emergency Department (ED) is a 6-bed unit that cares for patients of all ages with conditions ranging from minor to critical.

We are designated as an Acute Stroke Ready facility and a level 4 trauma center with surgeon capabilities.

During a typical day, our ED treats approximately 20 patients. Our unit is staffed with a physician in-house 24/7. Nursing staff collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. We serve a diverse patient population and our staff provide compassionate care as they help patients with their emergent needs.

In this position, you will work every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday. This position offers a mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts! You get the opportunity to work in the Emergency Department, while also cross-training to General Medical/ICU.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) functions under the supervision/leadership of the nurse manager or an Administrative Supervisor. Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, Formula, you will operate material handling equipment, such as a forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.

The Forklift Operator, Formula transports incoming freight to inventory from staging areas for storage in the appropriate slots, on the multi-level racks in the assigned warehouse area and replenish/re-stock pick slots in a timely manner ensuring all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met and to maintain the efficient flow of the production process Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Locates proper slot on storage racks, set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items, enter product data and location into appropriate unit.
  • Locates and performs count check of incoming freight in the staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
  • Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day’s work orders.
  • Rotates date-sensitive stock to the front of the rack and/or remove outdated out of date inventory according to company policy.
  • Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
  • Removes empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the proper area or receptacles. Inspects empty pallets for damage, stack and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to the proper storage area.
  • Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
  • Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
  • Reviews work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
  • Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
  • Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
  • Works from receiving sheets, computer print-out, established procedures and practices, written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Inspects items for damage, perform temperature and quality checks and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed.
  • Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist.

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

The Supply Chain Director provides leadership for end-to-end site supply chain operations including demand planning, materials management, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory control, and customer fulfillment, to meet GSF LPNA objectives for quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.   This leader will translate the S&OP-driven Master Demand Plan into an executable supply strategy that ensures exceptional service levels while optimizing working capital, minimizing spoilage, and maintaining strict food safety and regulatory compliance.  The ideal candidate combines strong warehouse and distribution leadership with advanced MRP expertise, ERP discipline (D365 preferred), and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, shelf-life–sensitive manufacturing environment.
 
 
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Drive site-level materials planning and production scheduling ensuring an uninterrupted supply of finished products for the customers and to maximize efficient operations and production capitalizing the LPNA Master Plan, demand forecast inputs and MRP tool.
  • Responsible for overseeing resulting customer sales orders & shipments fulfillment and the service performance for the site; scope of sales orders fulfillment and resulting service levels.
  • Manages and develops the site warehouse operation, this includes setting policies and measures to ensure inventory accuracy, expense management, warehouse efficiencies and P&L management.
  • Manage and develop the warehouse processes that interact and support the production operations such as batching, kitting and returns while acting as a separate entity to the liquid’s production operation.
  • Responsible to drive correct use of the D365 ERP planning functions based on recognized supply chain science, to ensure integrity of data with strong focus on MRP planning parameters, review and recommend improvements in the development of informational tools to support operating decisions, materials management, warehousing and accounting.
  • Audits operational procedures and programs to identify and implement improvements in product availability, storage optimization, receiving and shipping, sanitation, security and inventory accuracy, resulting in increased efficiencies and productivity.
  • Lead the team in managing Working Capital for raw materials and finished goods to plan, monitor finished goods and raw materials to reduce excess inventory and reduce shortages
  • Lead the team in minimizing scrap due to expiration and obsolescence of inventories.
  • Generates various inventory reports shared across several cross-functional teams, produce intelligence.
  • Maintains clear communication with Sales, Product Development, Commercialization, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement to ensure the organization’s affective plans.

Administrative:
  • Responsible for developing the manufacturing site supply chain strategic direction and goals, ensuring alignment with Plant and LPNA Divisional Strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for monitoring the adequacy of action plans to meet the plant’s objectives, monitoring performance toward achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment throughout the entire organization.
  • Manages all assigned staff including training and development, performance evaluations, career development and TPM training. Assists in the recruitment and selection of employees adhering to all company policies and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget for inventory, expenses and capex as appropriate.
  • Develops and reports KPI metrics
  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

 
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain, planning or other related majors from an accredited college or university

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  • Preparing all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency of quality

  • Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food

  • Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests

  • Using safe food handling procedures

  • Assisting with training

  • Ensuring that all work areas remain clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Must have minimum two years industry experience as a Cook

  • Ability to exhibit proper food handling procedures in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations and obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days

  • Ability to maintain certification as a Certified Trainer and/or obtain certification within 90 days

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Average to above knife skills

  • Must demonstrate sound decision making (no disciplinary actions in the past 6 months)

  • Ability to follow and troubleshoot recipes/menu items with little or no difficulty

  • Ability to efficiently set up and maintain workstation

  • Ability to demonstrate the outlet style of cuisine through food tasting and preparation

  • Ability to handle average amounts of prep work

  • Ability to work all stations with little or no difficulty and minimal assistance

  • Ability to work with position, supportive attitude, skill, speed, and cleanliness

Job Demands:

  • Flexible schedule required with availability for any shift; including days, evenings, split shifts, weekends and holidays
