PMLS is looking for an attorney who can take ownership of litigation matters, exercise sound independent judgment, communicate and connect effectively with clients, and move cases and matters forward efficiently from initial evaluation through resolution or trial.

*Areas of Practice*

The attorney will handle and assist with matters involving:

* Residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation;
* Real estate and property disputes;
* Breach of lease and breach of contract actions;
* Evictions and possession-related litigation;
* Unlawful detainer and ejectment actions;
* Property damage and monetary claims;
* Fair housing and discrimination claims;
* Premises liability and landlord-liability matters;
* Partition, quiet-title, boundary, ownership, and related real-property disputes;
* Injunctive and declaratory relief;
* Disputes involving property owners and management companies;
* Bankruptcy issues affecting landlords, leases, and possession rights;
* Federal and state litigation involving subsidized or regulated housing programs; and
* Other complex civil litigation arising from real estate ownership, leasing, and property management.

*Responsibilities*

The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage an active civil litigation caseload and day-to-day legal consultation for company clients, including:

* Evaluating new cases and developing litigation strategy;
* Conducting legal research and providing practical legal analysis;
* Drafting complaints, answers, affirmative defenses, counterclaims, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other substantive pleadings;
* Handling written discovery, document production, subpoenas, and discovery disputes;
* Taking and defending depositions;
* Preparing and arguing dispositive, discovery, evidentiary, and procedural motions;
* Attending hearings, mediations, depositions, case-management conferences, and trials;
* Preparing witnesses and clients for testimony;
* Developing evidentiary and trial strategy;
* Preparing exhibits, hearing materials, and trial binders;
* Negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements;
* Maintaining direct and timely communication with clients;
* Identifying litigation risks and advising clients regarding practical and cost-effective solutions;
* Drafting contracts, forms, notices, demands, agreements, and memos;
* Supervising and effectively utilizing paralegals and legal assistants;
* Maintaining accurate deadlines, tasks, notes, documents, and communications within the firm's case-management system; and
* Recording billable time contemporaneously and meeting the firm's productivity expectations.

*Qualifications*

Applicants must have:

* At least five (5) years of substantial civil litigation and courtroom experience;
* Admission to The Florida Bar and good standing;
* Meaningful experience handling contested litigation in Florida state and federal courts;
* Strong legal research and analytical skills;
* Excellent written advocacy and substantive pleading-drafting ability;
* Experience managing discovery and preparing cases for evidentiary hearings and trial;
* Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines without excessive supervision;
* Strong client-management and communication skills;
* Sound professional judgment and attention to detail;
* Ability to prioritize a significant caseload and move matters toward resolution;
* Competence with modern legal technology and case-management systems; and
* A willingness to learn and effectively use the firm's technology, research, automation, and artificial-intelligence tools.

Experience in real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law, property litigation, fair housing, bankruptcy-related litigation, or representation of property-management companies is required.

Starting salary range, depending on candidate's litigation experience, demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, trial experience, and relevant real estate or property-law background - $90,000 - $125,000

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

*Hospital*

* Monitor status and well-being of all assigned hospitalized patients
* Assure that all equipment is functioning and in good repair
* Help with cleaning and re-stocking of exam rooms. Make sure that appropriate instruments and equipment are available
* Ensure that cages and runs are clean and disinfected
* Re-stock the hospital area, laboratory, central supply and pharmacy and keep track of inventory
* Maintain hospital cleanliness by performing laundry duties and ensuring the parking lot, west patio, and fenced yard remain orderly
* Administer treatments and oversee care, cleanliness and feeding of patients
* Administer fluid therapy and blood products
* Assist with general anesthesia and medical, imaging and surgical procedures
* Perform specimen collection and laboratory tests, including blood work, microbiology, urinalysis and fecal analysis. Complete administrative tasks for outside laboratory work
* Keep treatment records up to date, and the appropriate veterinarians and staff informed of any changes
* Communicate with clients and other involved parties regarding the status and plan for all assigned hospitalized patients
* Clean, maintain and sterilize instruments, equipment and supplies

*Appointments*

* Greet clients warmly and weigh the patient
* Escort clients and patients to a clean, prepared exam room; explain the Four Seasons appointment process
* Recognize when an incoming patient requires immediate medical attention and action
* Provide assistance to clients as needed with patient transport from their vehicle into the hospital
* Review and make needed corrections to patient and client information
* Collect comprehensive medical backgrounds, laboratory findings, and all relevant patient data. Ensure diagnostic imaging and radiographs are prepared for immediate review.
* Utilize active listening skills to discern potential questions or concerns and clearly communicate to resolve them proactively; provide comfort and reassurance to distressed clients
* Knowledgably answer questions about hospital services and fees. Promptly refer more specific or in-depth questions to the appropriate veterinarian or staff member
* Review pertinent information with the receiving veterinarian
* Assist with patient restraint and any other needed tasks during the appointment
* Prepare estimates and review with clients; address inquiries with clarity and empathy
* Fill and provide prescribed veterinary pharmaceuticals; offer thorough guidance on proper dosing and address all client inquiries
* Provide comprehensive overview of treatment and follow-up directives; address client inquiries
* Practice patience and kindness; create a trusting bond with each client

*Administrative*

* Answer questions about our hospital’s services and fees. Refer more specific or in-depth questions to the appropriate staff using established guidelines
* Interact with first-time clients and referring veterinarians with enthusiasm and professionalism; provide helpful hospital information and promote online resource exploration
* Exercise sound clinical judgment to identify patients requiring immediate medical intervention; proactively seek a second opinion to ensure the highest standard of care when uncertain
* Schedule appointments using the computer scheduling program; give pre-appointment instructions using established guidelines

*Technical Skills*

* Venipuncture
* IV catheter placement
* In-house laboratory analysis (IDEXX) - proper handling of tissue samples for submission, blood smear differential analysis, collection & evaluation of urine samples
* Anesthesia monitoring including ECG, SpO2, etCO2, resp, temp, BP and recognition of common abnormalities
* Fluid therapy – including administration and calculations of rates, CRI’s and ancillary therapies
* Knowledge of pharmaceuticals - proper calculations and administration
* Radiology – including safety, knowledge of DR, patient positioning and restraint
* Knowledge of instrument and equipment cleaning, storage and sterilization methods, including autoclave and ETO

With Four Seasons being a specialty hospital, advanced skills are needed to provide our highest quality of patient care. The candidate may not possess these skills at the time of hire, but training will be provided for the right candidate. A few of these skills include:

* Long line and central catheter placement and care
* Arterial catheter placement and care
* Feeding tube placement, administration and care
* Thoracic tube monitoring and care
* Urinary catheter placement and care
* Blood and blood product administration and monitoring
* Advanced anesthesia monitoring including ventilators, invasive blood pressure, blood gas analysis
* Advanced knowledge of endoscopic, laparoscopic, thoracoscopic, arthroscopic and advanced imaging techniques, equipment and procedures
* Advanced knowledge with specialty dental procedures and equipment
* Advanced knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

_Required:_

* Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
* Minimum 2 years recent experience in a veterinary practice with increasing responsibility.
* Skilled in animal handling, lifting, restraint, and able to stand for extended periods.
* Proficient in IV catheter placement, blood draws, lab work, anesthesia monitoring, medication administration, and triage.
* Solid knowledge of veterinary procedures and terminology; committed to continued learning.
* Understanding of OSHA, DEA, and animal health regulations.

_Preferred:_

* 2+ years of emergency and/or critical care experience.
* Familiarity with Fear Free handling techniques.
* Experience with Instinct software.
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

In the assigned Job Role of Program Management Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Develop and implement a detailed program management plan, securing sign-offs from sponsors and ensure adherence to processes.
Identify new clients and opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFPs in collaboration with Sales team and support in creating collaterals and business case charters for client interactions.
Deliver complex business and technology programs by collaborating with consulting teams, to enable achievement of business transformational goals.
Coordinate with track owners to compile scope documents and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
Create and manage a master schedule with key milestones and dependencies and ensure compliance with system implementation plans through quality audits and continuous improvement reporting.
Manage change requests by facilitating impact analysis, planning change management meetings and ensure updation of relevant change control documentation for appropriate tracking and monitoring.
Establish risk tracking mechanisms, propose mitigation plans, and engage with stakeholders to address risks.
Monitor contract parameters, build partnerships, and ensure program dependencies are managed effectively.

Veterinary Village in Lomira, WI, has served pet owners throughout Wisconsin since 1982. As a privately held practice with seven veterinarians, we provide comprehensive veterinary care, including canine reproduction services.

Certified Veterinary Technicians play a vital role in patient care and veterinary support. In this position, you will apply your skills in anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, dentistry, laboratory procedures, radiography, client education, and nursing care.

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate Certified Veterinary Technicians who are committed to high-quality animal care. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, sound veterinary knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Essential Responsibilities:*

· Assist veterinarians with medical, surgical, and outpatient care as needed.

· Induce, monitor, and recover patients from anesthesia under veterinarian direction.

· Perform dental cleanings and dental radiographs.

· Support outpatient exams by taking patient histories, vital signs, and weights, and by providing client education.

· Prepare patients for surgery and monitor vital signs during procedures.

· Collect blood, stool, and other specimens; perform in-house laboratory testing; and prepare samples for outside laboratories.

· Collect blood samples from cephalic, saphenous, and jugular veins.

· Take radiographs while following proper safety procedures.

· Provide safe animal handling and restraint during exams and treatments.

· Administer and monitor medications, anesthesia, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.

· Clean, organize, and restock exam rooms, treatment areas, lab areas, public spaces, and medical equipment.

· Maintain warm, courteous, professional client interactions and compassionate patient care.

· Communicate clearly with veterinarians and team members about client discussions, patient care plans, and concerns.

· Maintain regular attendance for scheduled shifts.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
