The WW Data & AI Strategic Partner GTM team is looking for a Worldwide Partner Specialist to drive go-to-market execution for our agentic AI partner ecosystem — supporting innovative partners from startups to LLM providers to global technology companies.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of GTM strategies that accelerate partner adoption of AWS agentic AI services. You will work cross-functionally with Partner Development Managers, Service GTM teams, Solutions Architects, and field sales to drive partner-led customer engagements and co-sell motions. You will develop enablement content, support joint solution positioning, and help partners build delivery capacity on AWS agentic AI services including Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Quick and the broader AWS AI stack.
This role requires someone with strong technical curiosity, a passion for the partner ecosystem, and the ability to execute GTM programs that drive measurable outcomes. You will operate with increasing autonomy as you develop domain expertise, contributing to strategy while primarily driving execution of partner activation, co-sell programs, and enablement initiatives.

  • Support the execution of worldwide agentic AI partner GTM strategy, contributing to partner prioritization, activation planning, and co-sell program design
  • Drive day-to-day partner GTM execution including co-marketing campaigns, joint solution positioning, partner enablement, and co-sell activation motions
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement content (solution briefs, technical positioning, battle cards, reference architectures) for agentic AI use cases
  • Support joint GTM plays with agentic AI partners, coordinating across PDMs, Solutions Architects, and field teams to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Track and report on partner GTM metrics including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell revenue, partner certifications, and activation milestones
  • Collaborate with AWS Service GTM teams to align partner messaging with agentic AI service launches, feature releases, and roadmap priorities
  • Support partner readiness and competency programs that accelerate delivery capacity on AWS agentic AI services
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with regional field teams to support partner-led customer engagements and identify co-sell opportunities

  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 8 + years of progressive public accounting experience, with a focus on HNW tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
  • Deep understanding of estate, gift, and trust tax laws and their application.
  • Expertise in IRC Sections 671-679 (Grantor Trust rules) and estate tax law principles
  • Familiarity with family office services and private foundation structures
  • Proven expertise in overseeing complex client engagements and delivering high-quality client service
  • Ability to develop tax planning strategies for clients
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g, CCH Axcess) and Microsoft Office Suite

Your Opportunity

As a college territory independent sales representative, you will play a key role in helping colleges celebrate milestones, traditions, and academic achievements. You will manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with multiple departments on campus. Acting as the local graduation expert , you will provide on-campus service, drive engagement through events and programs, and ensure students and institutions experience the excitement of graduation. Your role goes beyond transactional sales—you will focus on creating lasting impact through engagement, growth, and strategic partnerships .

  • Drive account acquisition, penetration, and retention within your assigned territory, growing existing relationships while securing new campus partnerships.

  • Create excitement around graduation by leveraging our programs, events, and marketing services to actively engage students and increase participation.

  • Ensure every campus has a year‑round plan for student engagement, program utilization, and milestone celebrations, not just product sales.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis

  • Maintain a strong on‑campus presence, regularly visiting colleges to engage administrators, faculty, student groups, and campus organizations.
  • Serve as the local graduation expert, providing onsite service such as product fittings, demonstrations, senior events, ring days, and commencement support.
  • Plan and/or host student‑facing programs and events—including grad fairs, ring ceremonies, orientation activities, parents weekend, homecoming, etc.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the value of our products, services, and programs.
  • Leverage our marketing tools and engagement programs to boost student participation and awareness.
  • Execute account growth strategies, including new account acquisition, deepening penetration in existing accounts, and ensuring long‑term retention.
  • Manage operational touchpoints for peak seasons, including graduation preparations, student order coordination, and multi‑department collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted partner for campuses, providing guidance, solutions, and insights that enhance the student experience.
  • Participate in sales and product training, area meetings, and national conventions to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, products, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Proven ability to drive account growth, penetration, and retention, including new account acquisition.

Education / Certifications Required (if Needed)

Physical Requirements
