About the Opportunity
As part of Orlando Health's strategic expansion into Polk County, this role will bring advanced minimally invasive neurovascular care closer to patients in Lakeland and surrounding communities. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while maintaining direct connections to our Comprehensive Stroke Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center and the broader Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute network.
Core Responsibilities
  • Image-Guided Neurointerventional Procedures
  • Perform minimally invasive, catheter-based procedures inside blood vessels of the brain and spine
  • Navigate complex vascular anatomy using advanced imaging guidance in the angio suite
  • Interpret neuroimaging studies (CT, MRI, CTA, CTP, angiography) and immediately translate findings into treatment decisions
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship in Neurointerventional Radiology or Interventional Radiology with substantial neurovascular training
  • Florida medical license or eligibility
  • DEA certification
Preferred
  • Experience with mechanical thrombectomy and acute stroke intervention
