Keenan has an exciting career opportunity for an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator will provide client administrative services to assigned Property & Casualty (P&C) book of business as well support to Account Executive, Director of Account Management, Team Leader/Senior Account Manager, Account Manager and Risk Management Analyst This person wil prioritize client needs and internal responsibilities. The Account Coordinator will also manage timelines and have the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.
How you'll make an impact
- P&C Client Service Responsibilities:
- Process certificates of insurance.
- Provide Auto proof of coverage.
- Distribute coverage endorsements.
- Manage renewal application process, including collection of payroll and employee data.
- Facilitate stand-alone policy renewals.
- Issue and monitor invoices to prevent late fees.
- Maintain and provide customer support for online resource center and Learning Management Systems (P&C Bridge, KSS/KSC/KSP).
- Prepare annual program summary materials.
- Attend client meetings, as needed.
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Be accessible for phone inquiries.
- Insurance Pool Administration Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting process, (prepare and distribute agendas, packets and minutes.
- Verify meeting quorums.
- Maintain calendar, policies, contracts and websites if applicable.
- Prepare, distribute and maintain JPA documents.
- Manage compliance documents (Form 700 and Secretary of State Filings).
- Assist with client educational workshops.
- Attend Board meetings and workshops as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate virtual meetings, conference and travel arrangements, client dinners and/or meetings.
- Process expense reports and other clerical duties as needed.
- Provide Receptionist coverage (as assigned depending upon branch office).
- Maintain client data platforms (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with team members to create Power Point presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents (including printing and binding).
- Maintain and update client files (hard copy and electronic)
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility.
About You
Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience.
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred (if not licensed must secure within one (1) year from date of hire).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. Overview
The Client Service Leader is responsible for leading a team of client service managers while actively participating in client service delivery. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, team development, and direct client interaction to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction. About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Life & Health licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client service within the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

We have an exciting career opportunity for an Enrollment Team Lead in our Houston office. The Team Lead will support the Enrollers with end-to-end support for access, enrollments and accountability. The lead should monitor and track their team's success and bring in additional training and support as needed.
How you'll make an impact
On-Going
- Testing the databases.
- Update training resources for new enrollment platforms.
- Serving as a resource for the unified chat.
- Answering chat questions and navigating resources as a first line of command and escalating to management as needed.
- Assigning and working service tickets.
- Monitoring and supporting the queue.
- Updating and managing folder content as needed (archive old versions of EG in Enrollment Folder).
- Updating matrix.
- Schedule support for lunch and personal break facilitation.
- Monitor PTO availability for ticket response and support.
- Manager, populate, and review department OneNote.
- Conduct one-on-one support and coaching for increased sales opportunities.
- Set goals and expectations for enrollment team.
- QA score management of 80% or higher.
- Testing enrollment systems to ensure accuracy, access, and configuration (2 days prior to each OE)
- Retention of Enrollers.
- Ownership of system corrections with internal partners when Enrollers raise issues and concerns –Resolution Ownership vs. Ticket Creation. Directly communicating with AM/AE for resolution.
Culture
- Creating and controlling the team culture.
- Hosting team building sessions for learning and PD.
- Upholding 85% QA score on personal feedback.
- Advocating and communicating needs to management.
Seasonal
- Enrolling during busy season as needed.
- Scheduled management of seasonal enroller chat, enrolling, and queue.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in employee benefit account management preferred.
- Required: Life and Health Agent’s License required for commission bonus participation.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of call center software.
- Knowledge of project management software.
Preferred:
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently to accomplish established agency goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an extreme attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills with ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or other concerns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in the verbal and written word, necessary to communicate with clients, brokers, carriers and prospects concerning employee benefit lines of coverage
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
