Role Overview

As Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech), you own the vision and strategy for Payments and Risk at Housecall Pro. You are accountable for the outcomes that define this domain, including attach and usage, payments GMV, net take and losses, and you lead by prioritizing the solutions our Pros and internal customers actually need over delivering features.   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on payments GMV, engagement, and net take opportunities
  • Support your PMs to develop a set of Objectives and Key Results, and deliver on the projects to achieve this vision
  • Lead a team of Product Managers, providing coaching to grow the next generation of product leaders
  • Develop your product managers as builders who use AI tools and processes to accelerate individual and team velocity in delivering impactful, high‑quality solutions to customers

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $159,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity.
