Responsibilities

  • Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with the involvement of the District Manager and Corporate Human Resource Department.
  • Maintains a labor level consistent with the hours budgeted and post two weeks schedule no later than one week in advance.
  • Oversees all expenses and profits for assigned facility and maintain budget goals by understanding monthly budgets and P & L statements.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience as an Assistant Manager required.
  • One to three years’ experience as a 1st Assistant Manager preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law or policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Overview

Position Summary

Are you a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) ready to advance your expertise in psychiatric care? Our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship Program offers a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field while honing your clinical skills in advanced psychiatric treatments. We aim to hire two APPs per year, one around May 1 and the second around November 1.

The deadline for application is November 1, 2026.

Our 12‑month program aims to provide early‑career PMHNPs and PAs the opportunity to learn from and practice alongside our outstanding faculty who have spent decades training our medical students, general psychiatry residents, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellows. Our training is geared toward preparing our fellows to become clinicians who provide excellent evidence‑based psychiatric care in various clinical settings—from community‑based care to the academic university setting.

The program provides some of the same didactic experiences to the APP fellows as our physician trainees receive. In addition, our APP fellows benefit from additional didactic experiences that are geared to meet the different needs of APPs. Approximately 25 % of a fellow’s time is spent on educational activities with the other 75 % in providing care.

Clinically a fellow will spend 6 months involved with adults and 6 months involved with children and adolescents. Both experiences include 2 months in hospital‑based care and 4 months in the outpatient setting.

Job Details

The Pharmacy Specialist will ensure orders are packaged properly to be shipped out to patients and support inventory activities where Pharmacy Technician certification is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment.
  • Responsible for stocked received pharmacy inventory.
  • Maintain filling station cleanliness and organization.
  • Packaging orders to be shipped out to patients.
  • Monitor station queues.
  • Maintain appropriate level of quality assurance to meet patient needs.
  • Accountable for meeting daily pharmacy goals to make certain timely delivery to patients.
  • Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.

Physicals/Mental Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods of time. Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling medications, operating equipment, and using computer systems. Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity to read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens accurately. May require bending, reaching, and repetitive motions during production activities.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad‑hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Compensation

Compensation: $27 hr. to $30/hr. AnewHealth offers a comprehensive benefit package for full‑time employees that includes medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability as well as voluntary benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off and paid holidays. Medical, dental and vision coverage are effective 1st of the month following date of hire. Compensation Range: $27 - $30/hour
