Assistant General Manager

You are a Hospitality Professional working your way up the ladder of success. You have earned the trust of the General Manager to oversee a team which delivers operational excellence.   • Oversee Hotel Operations – Other managers and supervisors will report to you either directly or indirectly and it is your job to know how to deliver a safe and guest‑centric environment, a positive employee experience and a bottom line that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Walk the Talk – walk those parts of the hotel you are in charge of every day. Identify and thank departments that deserve kudos as well as those areas that need training, maintenance, or some other improvement. Talk to guests and to staff to ensure all is going as it should, actively listening for where you can help / improve the experience. You should know your team and they should know you.
  • Be a Finance Guru – set your departments’ standards, policies and procedures and then keep a pulse on operational and financial performance. Actively participate in the budget process. Be proactive vs. simply reactive to ensure your areas are accurately forecasting for optimal staff and supply levels and at the same time maximizing profit, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Be a Visionary – let your passion for your hotel inspire your staff so they work as a great team of individuals dedicated to doing their best.
  • Be the Manager on Duty – taking charge of the property when required and training your team – especially third shift – to step into that role as needed.

Job Requirements

This role requires at least four years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. A 4–5 year college degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred together with prior hotel management experience in the Food & Beverage and Rooms areas. Candidate must have proven leadership and management skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally in English with associates, guests, and hotel management as well as the ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

This job requires light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently – with a regular need to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Long hours, many of which may be spent standing or walking, often required. This role will require the ability to bend, stretch, stoop and reach repeatedly without difficulty, while working under variable temperatures and noise levels, both outdoors and indoors, and around chemicals, fumes, odor hazards, dust and mite hazards.

Skeetawk Ski Area is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission to develop and maintain a regional alpine ski area in Hatcher Pass to promote safe outdoor recreation, education, and healthy lifestyles . Skeetawk is completing Phase 2 of a 3-phase development plan to provide lift-accessed alpine recreation within an 1100-acre Mat‑Su Borough leasehold. Skeetawk is a year-round public-facing operation with winter and summer recreation service. The organization has active site development work, including project planning, construction, and operation implementation.

The General Manager is the primary manager for all Skeetawk operations and development. The position is responsible for all site operations and development, overseeing the organization’s leadership team, implementing strategic plans, and managing stakeholder relationships. The General Manager communicates information and instructions regarding all ski area operations and development to the Board of Directors, key stakeholders, and outside agencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ski area management or other relevant multi-faceted executive leadership experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working or volunteering with a non-profit organization, including experience working with a board of directors.
  • Thorough knowledge of ski area operations and development.
  • Strong acuity and experience with non-profit fundraising strategies, including but not limited to grant applications and administration, direct donor solicitations, and philanthropic financing.
  • Expert ability to respond with precision and professionalism in dynamic operating environments, with the capacity to make critical decisions.
  • Advanced understanding and ability to interpret financial accounting statements and reports, including cost management, revenue drivers, and budget management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences including board of directors, stakeholders, media, community interest groups, partners, and employees.
  • Basic understanding of ski area guest services including food and beverages service, rental equipment processes, and alpine learning programs.
  • Basic understanding of ski area mountain operations, including lift operations and maintenance, ski patrol, snow surface operations and systems maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership, or similar field.
  • Laborer level experience in ski area operations.
  • Laborer level experience in relevant related industries, such as construction, emergency medical response, equipment operation and maintenance, customer service industries, landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite, Microsoft Office products, QuickBooks, POS platforms, and resort management platforms.
  • Experience managing teams of 50-100 people.
  • Possession of relevant ski area specific certifications: OEC, PSIA-AASI, A3 Membership, or OSU LMT.
  • Possession of related industry certifications: Food Manager Certification or TAPS card.

Job Summary

SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands‑on Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the company’s global cybersecurity and information security strategy. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the CISO will be accountable for protecting SiTime’s digital assets, intellectual property, customer data, and operational resilience while enabling business growth, digital transformation, manufacturing operations, and M&A activities.

Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance

  • Define and execute SiTime’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and manufacturing operations.
  • Own cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and risk management practices across the enterprise.
  • Ensure alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and evolving regulatory and customer security expectations.
  • Embed security‑by‑design principles across systems, applications, cloud platforms, and engineering workflows.
  • Lead security diligence and integration planning for the Renesas timing business acquisition and any future M&A activity.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across IT, cloud, engineering, manufacturing, and third‑party ecosystems.
  • Own customer cybersecurity audits and reviews, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Engineering to support customer due diligence, address findings, and enable revenue‑critical engagements.
  • Manage supply chain and third‑party security risk across SiTime’s fabless model, including TSMC and other manufacturing partners, EDA vendors, and contract partners.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable regulations and frameworks (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, SOC, and customer contractual obligations).
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on cyber risk disclosures and audit readiness.

Incident Response & Operational Security

  • Own the cybersecurity incident response program, including detection, escalation, communication, and remediation processes.
  • Lead cross‑functional incident response efforts involving Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring, threat intelligence integration, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
  • Define and manage cybersecurity strategies for manufacturing and lab environments, including legacy or ageing equipment, constrained upgrade paths, and operational continuity requirements.
  • Drive post‑incident reviews and continuous improvement.

Board & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor to the Chief Digital Officer and executive leadership team.
  • Provide regular cybersecurity risk and program maturity updates to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Translate technical risk into clear business impact and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, cybersecurity, or risk management roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership positions.
  • Prior experience as a CISO or senior security leader in a technology, semiconductor, or IP‑driven company preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EDA tools, chip design workflows, and fab relationships.
  • Experience securing advanced manufacturing or semiconductor environments, including legacy or constrained equipment and factory networks.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including CMMC, NIST, and ISO 27001, with experience leading readiness, audits, and certification efforts preferred.
  • Proven track record building and running security programs at a public company, including SOX compliance and Audit Committee reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A security diligence and post‑acquisition integration.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with Boards, Audit Committees, and executive leadership.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional certification.
