Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Director, Head of Marketing Communications, Fitch Solutions based out of our New York or London office.

Fitch Solutions is seeking a senior, commercially minded marketing communications leader to build and lead a revenue oriented, high impact communications function that directly supports growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

This is a communications led role with explicit commercial accountability. Sitting within the Marketing organization, the Senior Director, Head of Marketing Communications will define and execute Fitch Solutions’ market-facing communications and media strategy that drives demand, accelerates pipeline, strengthens strategic relationships, and positions Fitch Solutions as an indispensable partner to clients, prospects, and the broader Fitch ecosystem.

The successful candidate will not operate as a passive brand steward. They will act as a strategic growth partner to the business, translating insight, data, and expertise into narratives that influence buying decisions, unlock new commercial opportunities, and elevate Fitch Solutions’ role in the market—working closely with Fitch Ratings in a matrixed environment to amplify collective impact while operating within enterprise narrative and regulatory boundaries.

This role will build, scale, and lead a global team, establish clear performance metrics, and ensure marketing communications is measured by business outcomes, not activity alone.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Revenue Growth & Strategic Impact

  • Own and execute a marketing communications strategy that is explicitly aligned to revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic priorities across Fitch Solutions’ businesses.
  • Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support go-to-market strategy, priority verticals, and account-based growth through targeted narratives and media activation.
  • Position Fitch Solutions as a strategic partner, not just a data provider—using communications to reinforce value, differentiation, and long-term relevance to clients.
  • Translate product innovation, research insight, and market expertise into communications that influence demand, shorten sales cycles, and support enterprise and multi-year deal conversations.
  • Establish communications as a commercial lever, with clear accountability for contribution to revenue-related outcomes.

Strategic Communications & Earned Media Leadership

  • Define and lead a proactive, insight-driven earned media and external communications strategy focused on growth markets, priority audiences, and commercial objectives.
  • Secure high impact media placement for Fitch Solutions’ research, data, and subject matter experts across financial, business, and specialist trade media.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with senior journalists, editors, and influencers covering credit markets, macroeconomics, private capital, ESG, data, and financial technology.
  • Partner with Research, Product, and Commercial leaders to identify newsworthy moments that advance both visibility and revenue objectives.
  • Provide senior level counsel on messaging, positioning, and media readiness to executives and subject matter experts, including coordination with Fitch Ratings where appropriate.
  • Ensure all external communications align with enterprise governance, regulatory requirements, and brand guardrails across a complex, matrixed organization.

Integrated Marketing Communications (PESO)

  • Develop and govern an integrated communications framework across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels, ensuring consistency, scale, and commercial relevance.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Content, Design, and Campaign teams to deliver integrated programs that reinforce growth narratives and demand generation efforts.
  • Support product launches, flagship research, and thematic growth initiatives with commercially focused communications planning and amplification.

Brand Elevation, Partnerships, Awards & Events

  • Strengthen the clarity, credibility, and commercial relevance of the Fitch Solutions brand while respecting the distinctiveness of individual businesses.
  • Use awards, events, and thought leadership platforms as growth accelerators, not vanity initiatives—clearly linking participation to strategic and commercial outcomes.
  • Support and amplify Fitch Solutions’ presence at priority industry events, ensuring messaging aligns with sales, partnership, and growth objectives.
  • Develop post-event and post-campaign content that converts visibility into durable commercial value.

Leadership, Team Build & Operating Model

  • Build, lead, and scale a high performing global marketing communications team, setting clear roles, expectations, and development pathways.
  • Establish a disciplined operating model with clear prioritization, governance, and ways of working across Marketing, Commercial, Research, Product, and Group Communications.
  • Act as a senior, credible partner to stakeholders across Fitch Solutions and Fitch Ratings in a matrixed environment, balancing collaboration with accountability.
  • Embed modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to improve insight generation, execution speed, measurement, and team productivity.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

This role will be measured on business impact, not activity. KPIs will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribution to pipeline growth and revenue-aligned initiatives
  • Quality, relevance, and strategic value of earned media coverage
  • Influence on priority growth narratives and go-to-market initiatives
  • Effectiveness of communications in supporting product launches and strategic partnerships
  • Team performance, capability development, and scalability
  • Demonstrated ROI of communications activity against commercial objectives

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior communications or marketing communications roles within financial services, data, B2B, or capital markets environments.
  • Proven ability to connect communications strategy to commercial outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Strong track record of securing high quality earned media and elevating complex businesses through narrative leadership.
  • Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations, ideally alongside ratings, research, or regulated businesses.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading teams in complex environments.
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and executive-level communication skills.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • A commercial mindset: you see communications as a growth driver, not a support function.
  • Credibility with senior commercial, product, and research leaders—and the confidence to challenge when needed.
  • Deep understanding of how narrative, media, and reputation influence buying decisions in B2B and capital markets.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, delivering impact, not just plans.
  • A leadership style grounded in clarity, accountability, and results.

Why Choose Fitch:

  • Hybrid Work Environment: 2 to 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location.
  • A Culture of Learning & Mobility: Dedicated trainings, leadership development and mentorship programs designed to ensure that your time at Fitch will be a continuous learning opportunity.
  • Investing in Your Future: Retirement planning, financial wellness and tuition reimbursement programs that empower you to achieve your short and long-term goals.
  • Promoting Health & Wellness: Comprehensive healthcare offerings that prioritize a healthy body & mind.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $180,000 and $210,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.

Senior Product Marketing Manager
PointFive Ltd.
new york, ny
Compensation: 172.000 - 185.000

Marketing Management New York Hybrid Full-time

PointFive is the Cloud & AI Efficiency Engine trusted by engineering and FinOps teams at companies like Fanatics, H&M, Bridgestone, and Hertz.

We created the category of Cloud & AI Efficiency Management — because legacy tools only show what you spend. PointFive shows what you’re wasting and helps you fix it.

Customers see ROI in as little as 10 days, 1,200%+ average ROI, and a 4.9 rating on G2.

Founded by the team behind IntSights (acquired by Rapid7) and backed by Index Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Entree Capital, and Sheva Capital, we’re a fast-growing Series A company building to win one of the most important problems in modern infrastructure.

Why this role, right now:

  • An AI-native refresh of the PointFive platform. A complete rebuild that serves both FinOps and cloud engineering workflows through our three pillars; InfraFabric, DeepWaste, and Agentic Remediation. The headline change: customers can now build their own applications and agents inside PointFive. Any FinOps use case that used to require a custom tool, a script, or a vendor can now be built bespoke — agents working on your cloud cost problems the same way you'd use Claude Code or Lovable for software. It collapses the category.
  • Coding agent optimization - LLM usage governance for the enterprise. A new endpoint‑resident product that sits on employee machines, helps optimize how teams use LLMs, enforces governance and policy, and reports on usage with the ability to materially reduce total LLM cost without degrading output. As every company becomes an AI company, every CIO and CFO inherits a new spend category they can’t see or control. This is how we solve that.

This role will define how both products land — with FinOps leaders, with platform engineering VPs, with CIOs and CTOs, and with the broader market.

What you’ll do:

  • Own positioning and messaging for the refreshed platform, including category narrative, pillar‑level messaging, ICP‑specific value props, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead launches end‑to‑end — naming, narrative, sales enablement, web, press, analyst relations, customer references, and the launch moment itself.
  • Build the go‑to‑market motion alongside sales and product , including sales plays, pricing and packaging input, persona‑based playbooks, and the assets the field actually uses.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside the building — running win/loss, customer interviews, and message testing, then turning what you learn into sharper positioning and better content.
  • Sharpen the competitive story in a space where we compete with legacy FinOps tools, hyperscaler‑native cost products, and a wave of new AI‑cost entrants.
  • Partner with demand gen, content, and field marketing to make sure positioning shows up consistently across paid, owned, events, and pipeline programs.
  • Grow the function — start as a hands‑on IC operator and build the PMM team behind you as we scale.

What we’re looking for

  • 6–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company, with at least some of it at an early‑stage or hyper‑growth startup.
  • A real track record of launching technical products to technical buyers — DevOps, platform engineering, FinOps, cloud, security, or AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Strong instincts for narrative. You can take a messy, ambitious product idea and turn it into a story that a CFO, a VP of Engineering, and an SRE all understand in their own language.
  • You write well. Not "good for a PMM", actually well. You can produce a launch narrative, a blog post, or a sales one‑pager without it needing a rewrite.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed. We ship fast, decisions move, and the best PMMs here operate more like founders than coordinators.
  • Bonus: experience marketing to FinOps, cloud cost, observability, or AI infrastructure buyers. Familiarity with the agentic / AI‑native product wave.

How we work

Lean team, high trust, no fluff. We use AI throughout the marketing org — Claude, Claude Code, and a modern stack — and we expect this role to do the same. We care about output and judgment, not process for its own sake.

Logistics

This role is based in Boston (alongside the marketing team) or New York (with our CPO). This is a hybrid role in office 3x a week - we like being in the room together for the parts of the job that need it.

Base Salary Range: $172,000 - $185,000 plus equity.

Health, dental, vision, equity in something early‑stage and exciting, generous PTO, 401K, meal & commuter benefits, a team that will actually challenge you and much more.

Equal Opportunity Statement

PointFive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.

Must be eligible to work in the USA and located in one of the following states: TN, GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, NV, NH, TX, MN, VA, IL

The Summary

We are looking for a strategic, player‑coach leader to join our team as Head of Organic Growth (SEO / CRO / AI Search). This is a director‑level role that owns the agency’s organic performance discipline end‑to‑end across traditional SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and the rapidly emerging field of AI / Generative search (also called GEO or AEO). The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive experience across SEO and CRO, with mandatory hands‑on expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, an enterprise A/B testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, or Convert), and a working command of how AI‑driven surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) source and cite content. This Director will set the organic strategy across the client portfolio, lead and mentor SEO/CRO/GBP specialists, partner with Account Directors and the Development Team on execution, and personally own the agency’s POV on where organic growth is going next. A track record of measurable organic lift across rankings, qualified traffic, AI citations, conversion rate, and revenue is essential.

Responsibilities

Organic Growth Strategy & Leadership

Set and own the agency’s organic growth strategy across SEO, CRO, and AI/Generative search. Translate client business goals into integrated organic roadmaps that ladder up to measurable revenue impact. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SEO, CRO, and GBP specialists by setting standards, reviewing work, and developing career paths. Serve as the agency’s senior point of contact for organic strategy in new business pitches, QBRs, and executive‑level client conversations.

SEO Strategy & Execution

Direct technical, on‑page, content, and off‑page SEO programs across a multi‑client portfolio. Oversee site audits, keyword and topic strategy, internal linking, schema/structured data, site architecture, and authority‑building. Partner with the Development Team on technical SEO requirements (Core Web Vitals, indexability, rendering, hreflang, structured data) and with content teams on topical authority and editorial planning.

CRO & Experimentation Leadership

Own the agency’s experimentation discipline. Set the testing roadmap, prioritization framework, and statistical rigor across client A/B and multivariate testing programs. Personally design and review high‑stakes experiments. Partner with the CRO Specialist on platform execution (VWO, Optimizely, Convert), ensure clean tracking via GA4 and GTM, and translate test outcomes into permanent site changes and case studies.

AI / Generative Search (GEO / AEO)

Build and own JG’s methodology for getting clients cited in AI‑driven search surfaces such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and what comes next. Develop the agency’s POV on content structure, entity optimization, citation‑worthiness, and tracking AI visibility. Lead client education on the GEO/AEO shift and what it means for their organic strategy.

Platform & Tool Expertise

Deep proficiency in GA4 for funnel and acquisition analysis, Search Console for query and indexing analysis, and GTM for event tracking and dataLayer architecture is required.

A/B Testing Platforms (Required)

Hands‑on, leader‑level experience with at least one enterprise‑grade testing platform such as VWO, Optimizely, or Convert. Must be able to architect a testing program and personally QA variations, not just direct one.

Enterprise SEO Tooling (Required)

Working command of an enterprise SEO toolkit such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent. Must be comfortable running a technical crawl, log‑file review, and building a topic/cluster strategy from scratch.

Working knowledge of tools and methods for monitoring AI Overview presence, LLM citations, and brand mentions inside generative answer engines (e.g., Profound, Peec, Otterly, Athena, or equivalent). Must have a clear point of view on what works.

JavaScript, HTML & CSS (Required)

Working proficiency in front‑end web technologies to scope test variations, troubleshoot tracking, and partner credibly with the Development Team. Need not be a production engineer, but must be comfortable reading code and writing/debugging scripts inside testing and tag platforms.

Figma (Required)

Ability to collaborate within Figma to review, annotate, and contribute to wireframes and UX/UI explorations that inform test variations and landing page optimizations.

Heatmap & Session Recording Tools (Preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or FullStory to drive qualitative insight and test hypotheses.

CMS Platforms (Preferred)

Familiarity with WordPress and/or Shopify for shipping optimized pages and CRO changes inside common CMS environments.

Local SEO Tooling (Preferred)

Familiarity with Soci, Yext, or equivalent for multi-location clients, sufficient to direct a GBP Specialist credibly.

UX Research & CRO Best Practices

Direct heuristic evaluations, usability audits, and journey mapping to identify conversion barriers. Apply persuasion principles, cognitive bias awareness, form optimization, page speed impact, and mobile‑first design. Partner with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure test variations and permanent changes meet both conversion goals and brand standards.

Performance Reporting & Client Communication

Own the organic performance narrative across the portfolio. Build and present quarterly business reviews that connect SEO/CRO/GEO activity to revenue. Proactively flag pacing or performance concerns to Account Directors and the broader strategy team. Develop case studies that demonstrate the ROI of organic work and translate statistical outcomes into business impact.

Strategy & Innovation

Stay at the front of search, experimentation, and behavioral analytics. Build JG’s POV on how AI‑powered personalization, predictive analytics, and generative answer engines change organic strategy. Contribute to the agency’s external thought leadership and internal best practices.
