Job Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

  • HealthCare Project Experience – Minimum ten years as a project principal and/or project architect for construction budgets greater than $25M.
  • Organization Leadership – Minimum three years as a department or market leader with annual financial goals.
  • Relationship Management – Experience establishing new relationships with potential clients and partners, growing the relationship that results in new projects, and maintaining the relationship with communication, issue resolution, and follow‑up.
  • Business Development – Experience in all stages of finding and winning project work, including responding to RFPs, formulating an inspiring interview, and finalizing the project contract.

Job Summary

This is a part-time, client-based position with (Monday–Friday afternoon hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)) .

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in an in-person setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the supervising BCBA/LBA.
  • Collect and accurately document data on client progress and behaviors.
  • Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and play skills.
  • Collaborate with BCBA/LBA supervisors and fellow Behavior Technicians to ensure consistency in care.

QUALIFICATIONS
