Senior Director of Growth Marketing
LoadUp Technologies
Alpharetta, GA

Job Description

Job Description

WHO WE ARE

LoadUp is a modern junk removal and home services company leveraging proprietary technology to connect consumers with a nationwide network of independently contracted service providers. We are a results-only organization revolutionizing the home services industry through a tech-enabled marketplace.

We are looking for a "get it done" leader to join our team. LoadUp is among Inc.’s list of the 5000 Fastest-Growing companies and a certified Great Place to Work® for six years in a row (2019 - 2025).

OUR CORE BELIEFS

  • Action Over Words – We don't care about "pretty" marketing; we care about intentional actions that drive revenue.

  • Own It – You are responsible for your performance and the demand gen targets you commit to.

  • Live in Truth – Call it like it is. No sugar-coating results or data.

  • Build to Last – We play the long game. We value tenure and leaders who stay to see their strategies succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you are a hands-on architect of demand. This is not a role for a "polished" strategist who sits in meetings; it is for a results-driven expert who has been in the trenches and knows how to scale a high-velocity sales engine. You will own the digital marketing ecosystem, managing creative and paid media to drive measurable, high-volume growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Demand: Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy with clear, aggressive targets for lead gen and customer acquisition.

  • Master Paid Media: Directly oversee and optimize a high-spend paid ads budget across multiple digital channels.

  • Manage Creative: Lead the creative process with a focus on conversion-led design rather than just "brand aesthetics."

  • Optimize the Platform: Leverage your deep understanding of marketplace platforms and DTC growth loops to scale our home services footprint.

  • Execute with Velocity: Thrive in a high-speed sales environment, moving from data insight to execution in real-time.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Deep Expertise: 95%+ of your career has been spent in the digital marketing trenches with a heavy focus on DTC (Direct-to-Consumer).

  • Proven Tenure: A history of "staying the course," with a minimum of 3 years spent in a single high-impact role.

  • Vertical Knowledge: Experience in Home Services or a similar high-velocity, tech-enabled marketplace.

  • The "Know-How": You have "been there, done that" and don't need a playbook handed to you—you write the playbook.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A "Get It Done" Leader: You value results over polish and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the data or the ad manager.

  • Performance-Obsessed: You live and breathe CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Platform Fluent: You understand how tech platforms and logistics engines connect to the marketing funnel.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

  • 90 Days: You have demonstrated a deep, granular knowledge of the LoadUp business model and marketplace mechanics.

  • 180 Days: You have successfully completed key high-impact projects and are hitting consistent, predictable demand gen targets.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Competitive Compensation – Rewards for results, not activity.

  • Full Benefits Suite – Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with 5% match.

  • Action-Oriented Culture – No red tape; if it works and drives profit, we do it.

LoadUp is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
