About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on toxic tort and product liability defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on toxic tort defense matters, managing all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work, and preparing cases for trial. The Role

Senior Engineer position requires a high degree of technical and coding competencies while providing support to various Lumen organizations. The Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, design, and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate network operations by leveraging AI-driven insights and automation technologies to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Embed AI capabilities into existing network and NOC workflows (e.g., monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and change management) to reduce manual effort and cognitive load while preserving service integrity, compliance, and operational resilience.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between engineers and AI/tooling owners by capturing adoption friction, usability gaps, and performance limitations, and translating those findings into actionable requirements and continuous improvements for AI platforms and automation processes.
  • Provide data support for the Lumen Managed Services contracts. Includes data design, installation and maintenance for new and current installations.
  • Provide primary engineering design and configuration for data systems in line with Managed Services customer goals and requirements
  • Evaluate new technical requirements for compatibility with deployed system design as well as new products for compatibility and applicability to the Managed Services solutions
  • Maintain current knowledge base regarding complex routing, switching
  • Monitor and analyze performance across customer networks and underlying MS Tools deployments as required for Managed Services.
  • Provide high-level technical & engineering support for network performance management configurations, troubleshooting, and service restoration along with an understanding of switching, routing as it would affect performance management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Provide high-level off-hours support on a rotating basis with other engineers
  • Develop and oversee subordinate level technical methods, procedures, and assist with complex technical solution designs. Develop & document process flows.
  • Identify capacity and performance issues for network traffic to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of systems.
  • Maintain network monitoring applications, equipment and utilities as needed.
  • Conduct testing of disaster recovery plans as it pertains to network performance management equipment to detect faults and minimize malfunctions.
  • Create and maintain network documentation and reports as required
  • Act as liaison between Managed Services, other Lumen departments and other vendors (e.g. Cisco & Solarwinds) on high-level support issues.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Windows Server and/or Solarwinds Subject Matter Expert
  • Experience with isolation of telecom and/or network outage causes and service restorations including understanding Cisco characteristics
  • Direct customer interaction communication skills
  • Proficient PC skills in office applications and network connectivity configuration
  • Proficient presentation skills for presentations to technical and non-technical audiences; must be able to translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical entities.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

This consists of ensuring drug therapy that results in safe, effective, and cost-conscious use of pharmaceuticals. In addition, the pharmacist ensures patients have appropriate access to prescribed medications and are provided with medication education as well as adherence tools when needed/appropriate. This pharmacist will work in the cardiology clinics to serve patients with various disease dates. This position will be responsible for conducting referral-based pharmacist-led comprehensive medication management appointments for patients with Guideline Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) for Heart Failure, Lipid Management and GLP-1 Initiation and Titration. In addition, this position will provide initial clinical evaluation, patient education and ongoing monitoring of all patients with cardiac diseases on specialty medications (Cardiac Amyloidosis, Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy).

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Actively participates in organizational and departmental performance improvement efforts to strengthen existing systems, processes, policies and procedures by introducing new ideas that lead to improved pharmaceutical care in clinical areas and in the pharmacy department as a whole.
  • Actively participates on the multidisciplinary team by consistently attending patient care rounds and providing patient focused pharmaceutical care by assessing and monitoring drug therapy to ensure safe and cost conscious treatment regimens.
  • Actively supports department staffing needs by flexing to other areas or alternative scheduling in order to assist in coverage of supplemental shifts when primary team is in need.
