Job Description Summary

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Job Description

Schedule : Monday-Friday; On call required; Weekend Availability required

Requirements : 1-2 years of experience with HVAC, Whirlpool appliances, electrical, leadership, customer service experience, and vendor experience required. All necessary certifications required.

  • Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the community by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Oversees and completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
  • Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community and Greystar standards.
  • Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  • Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required.
  • Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines.
  • Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
  • Assists Community Manager in developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital projects.
  • Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled Greystar safety meetings, ensure all MSDS sheets are current and readily accessible, and keeps up to date on all OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements to ensure community compliance.
  • Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions from team and residents, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.

The hourly rate for this position is $32.00 - $34.86/hr.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
  • Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Incumbents must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law and must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.
  • Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members, and other business contacts, respond courteously to questions and requests, and stay calm when addressing and resolving customer problems.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management in a support capacity, act as first point of contact for internal team members and external visitors to the Company, and answer questions related to department operating policies.
  • Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to maintain records of information and develop and provide information for manager’s use. Property management system experience preferred.
  • Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions in order to review and complete various financial, administrative, and legal documents.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS

  • Incumbents must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal if position requires working on a sealed HVAC system to test system pressures, handle refrigerants, etc.
  • Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
  • Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
  • Job demands may require incumbents to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.

There will also be a focus on providing status reporting to IT and business management as well performing requirements analysis, design documentation, and testing.

The ideal candidate will be a project Manager with solid experiences in the Supply Chain Management area, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle service replacement parts, or other commodity products. This person should be experienced in managing and implementing SCM systems, with some mainframe-interface knowledge. One of the projects that this PM will work on is using the Blue Yonder system, but any other common SCM system experience will be fine (i.e. - Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Duties will include the following:

  • Support multiple projects in the Automotive Parts Applications area.
  • Plan, Execute, and Close Projects.
  • Define the project, building its comprehensive work plan, and managing to the budget.

Position: Psychiatrist

AtCoreCivic is currently seeking a Psychiatrist who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Report to assigned facility at designated hour to provide direct patient care and associated clinical duties.
  • Participate in civil commitment proceedings.
  • Assess and provide a DSM diagnosis as appropriate.
  • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
  • Provide a variety of professional services, including counseling, disease process education, central ordering, lab work, and result review.
  • Supervise and provide mentorship to other facility-based mental health staff.
  • Assess the needs of mental health services, collect and maintain statistics and data, and prepare necessary reports pertaining to mental health services.
  • Evaluate and recommend methods of improving operational efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of mental health related services.
  • Accept on‑call status.
  • Provide direct casework services and individual, group, and family counseling to inmates/residents and their families.
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment and therapeutic programs for assigned inmates/residents.
  • Prepare progress reports; provide recommendations regarding discharge plans; make case presentations; and assist administrative and medical staff in developing statistical reports on assigned inmates/residents.
  • Serve as mental health staff liaison in group counseling, volunteer activities, and other events designed to promote mental health services to inmates/residents.
  • Assist in supervision of inmates/residents, both within the facility and during community activities; promote positive community relations and utilize community services as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor confidentiality of inmates/residents and their files; audit files to determine that all services provided are documented; review status of inmates/residents to verify that all treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.
  • Assist in coordinating professional services provided by contract personnel, if applicable, and address their needs.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of standard narrative, statistical, summary, and/or operational records, reports and logs, using appropriate grammar, including filing, alphabetizing, and labeling; review reports and records produced by staff; properly process all reports and documents in a timely manner.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings, group meetings, and other staff and group activities essential for effective program and service delivery and to promote communications and the proper flow of relevant information between administration, staff, and inmates/residents.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited college or university with an advanced degree in psychology, or an appropriate degree in a related clinical area and appropriate certification or license (or meet educational requirements for licensing in the state of employment, if greater).
  • Five years clinical experience, which includes two years in a comparable position.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate large-scale field operations deployments, including opening new facilities, office moves, relocations, and infrastructure refresh activities.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring seamless integration of servers, storage, and network devices in field locations
  • Lead hardware procurement processes: define requirements, source vendors, manage purchase orders, and track delivery schedules
  • Support and maintain network interoperability and consistency/redundancy on capabilities between field offices.
  • The Field Operations Manager shall work with the Government Deployment Manager during coordination of large office moves, opening of new facilities, relocations and refresh activities. Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues.
  • Shall be willing to travel and have strong project management and supervisory skills.
  • The Field Operations Manager shall manage the Contractor deployment IT staff and review/evaluate their work.
  • Coordinate and perform network troubleshooting and remote site support as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for deployment activities and be responsible for implementing deployment plans.
  • In addition, they shall ensure task order deployment staff attend weekly Office of Information Technology Facilities calls, Roll-out Operations Center calls, deployment calls, release management calls and Application Support Center calls to ensure IT requirements are provided for these moves, openings and relocations.

Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.   • Candidate must have 10-15 years of experience. Must have large global banking experience along with FinTech payments including Credit Card, Pre-paid cards, and Electronic Fund Transfer.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ professional experience in compliance or risk management, preferably including a combination of experience in financial services, regulator bodies, consultancy.
  • Previous Chief Compliance Officer experience in a bank serving MSBs or fintech companies, preferred.
  • Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallet providers, or payment processors
  • Experience with compliance technology solutions and automation

  • Industry recognition or thought leadership in compliance or regulatory matters
  • Must have managed a team of 25+ including management of Chief of Staff, Chief BSA Officer, Chief AML Officer, and the complete division of governance/OFAC/payments/settlement.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the (the “Bank”) compliance program, including BSA/AML, OFAC, consumer, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a leader who can anticipate regulatory developments, build scalable compliance infrastructure, and foster a culture of ethical business practices throughout the organization. The individual will be instrumental in shaping policies that balance regulatory requirements with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth while protecting the institution from compliance risks.
  • The CCO will provide direct oversight and leadership to our BSA Officer, ensuring seamless integration of BSA/AML compliance functions within the broader enterprise compliance framework. You will be responsible for establishing clear governance structures and accountability measures for BSA/AML program effectiveness while maintaining the BSA Officer's independence and authority in day-to-day BSA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Compliance Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Establish enterprise-wide compliance governance framework with clear accountability structures
  • Lead compliance risk assessments and implement risk-based compliance monitoring programs
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on regulatory matters and business implications
  • Champion compliance culture throughout the organization and embed compliance considerations into business decision-making
  • Maintain comprehensive regulatory change management process to monitor, assess, and implement regulatory developments
  • Conduct impact analysis for new and proposed regulations on business operations, policies, and procedures
  • Provide direct oversight and leadership to the BSA Officer while ensuring operational independence in BSA/AML functions
  • Establish governance framework for BSA/AML program effectiveness and accountability measures
  • Ensure BSA Officer has appropriate authority, resources, and access to senior management and Board of Directors
  • Coordinate with BSA Officer on program development, risk assessments, and regulatory examination preparation
  • Review and approve BSA/AML policies, procedures, and program enhancements developed by the BSA Officer
  • Ensure integration of BSA/AML compliance within enterprise-wide compliance framework
  • Establish comprehensive compliance risk assessment methodologies and conduct regular risk evaluations
  • Implement effective compliance monitoring and testing programs across all business lines

Education, Training, and Experience:
