Responsibilities:

The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
  • FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA). 
  • Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
  • Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community, and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule.
  • Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
  • Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician’s area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
  • Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan.
  • Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
  • Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
  • Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
  • Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children.
  • Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
  • Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
  • Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports, and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
  • Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.
  • Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
  • Monitor and document the status of the consumer’s progress.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities to include audits, corrections and designated improvement plans and projects.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is required. 
  • Two years’ experience working with youth or families.
  • Current Family Centered Treatment Certification is preferred.
  • Additional state specific requirements include:
    1. Mississippi
      1. Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi. 
    2. North Carolina
      1. Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Professional (QP) with experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis.
    3. Ohio
      1. LSW or eligibility for provisional licensure preferred.
    4. Virginia
      1. Current Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or ability to register as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling.

  • Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
  • Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician’s area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
  • Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan.
  • Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
  • Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.
  • Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals.
  • Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children.
  • Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities.
  • Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
  • Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
  • Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.
  • Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members.
  • Monitor and document the status of the consumer’s progress.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities to include audits, corrections and designated improvement plans and projects.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
  • Two years’ experience working with youth or families.
  • Current certification in Family Centered Treatment is preferred for candidates aspiring to join our team.
  • Additional state specific requirements include:
    1. NC, VA- QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP

The role

Serves as the primary coordinator for executive aviation scheduling, ensuring seamless, discreet, and highly responsive solution-based travel support for senior leadership. This role is responsible for aligning aircraft, crew, and operational resources to meet dynamic executive priorities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of executive travel, ensuring precision, discretion, and responsiveness to rapidly changing priorities
  • Develop and manage flight schedules that align with executive needs while optimizing aircraft and crew utilization
  • Anticipate and proactively mitigate disruptions (weather, maintenance, crew constraints) with contingency plans that protect executive schedules
  • Serve as a primary liaison to executive offices, providing clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication
  • Manage real-time schedule adjustments, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless execution of high-priority travel
  • Balance operational constraints with executive expectations, delivering practical and compliant solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies
  • Oversee scheduling operations and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support mission-critical travel
  • Proactively oversee executive travel and maintain real-time tracking of all aircraft movements, both domestic and international, ensuring alignment with dynamic leadership priorities

Leadership & Experience Requirements

    • Coordinating complex, high-priority travel for senior leaders
    • Managing last-minute changes with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment
    • Direct interaction with executive offices and senior stakeholders
    • Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of service delivery in sensitive situations

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in aviation scheduling, dispatch, or operations
  • Proven track record of supporting executive or VIP travel environments
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides a safe, nurturing and secure learning environment. Assists the Lead Teacher in providing engaging educational and child development activities. Will substitute in the absence of the Lead Teacher and conduct and coordinate the daily educational activities of the Head Start classroom, following written policies and procedures, Missouri State Licensing, and Head Start Performance Standards. Provides positive guidance to promote the physical, intellectual, social and emotional development of the young child.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assists in establishing a safe and healthy learning environment which provides opportunities for effective supervised exploration that supports childrens growth and learning.

  • Assists Lead Teacher in his/her classroom with regards to appropriate classroom strategies, outcomes development and documentation, lesson planning and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.

  • Through interaction and example, supports and promotes educational & social-emotional growth that meets child outcome goals, and recognizes the individual strengths of each child.

  • Supports and promotes the current curriculums (educational, social, and emotional) used by the program.

  • Assists in ensuring nutrition and self-care practices are incorporated into classroom routines for children to develop healthy habits.

  • Builds positive relationships with families that encourages engagement in their childs learning.

  • Under the direction of the lead teacher, prepares classroom materials, ensuring readiness before each class session begins.

  • May assist in educational and behavioral screenings for each child within designated time frames.

  • Maintains on-going communications with staff, supervisors, parents, and providers.

  • Maintains confidentiality in all matters relating to children, families, and staff pursuant to the programs confidentiality standards.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

A high school diploma, GED, or HiSet is required. Must enroll in a child development associate (CDA) credential program to be completed within 18 months of hire. Must successfully pass the Teaching Strategies Gold Inter-rater Reliability Certification in order to enter data. The ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), enjoy interacting with young children, and maintain confidentiality are required to successfully fulfill this positions responsibilities. Complete training and maintains certification in CPR and First Aid.
