Your Role as an Occupational Therapist

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized occupational therapy services in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Perform initial therapy evaluations and ongoing reassessments according to OASIS and PPS regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care
  • Communicate significant findings or changes in patient condition to the care team
  • Educate patients and caregivers on activities of daily living using adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques
  • Assist patients and caregivers in securing necessary equipment, which may include custom splint fabrication
  • Provide instruction and support for home therapy programs
  • Counsel patients and families on therapy goals and care needs
  • Supervise and provide clinical direction to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Home Health Aides, and other clinical staff
  • Ensure documentation meets professional standards and regulatory guidelines

This position involves a physically active environment, including patient transfers and movement between patient homes.

What You Will Need

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical care setting
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfers and equipment movement

UNIT DESCRIPTION:

The Critical Care Center is a 13-bed critical care unit with 24 hour intensivist coverage that serves adult and geriatric patients with medical and/or surgical issues.

Preference will be given, by seniority, to those qualified nurses who were serially displaced within the 18 months following his/her displacement according to MNA contract section 9.4 (f)(1).

Minimum Requirements :

  • Current Mass RN license
  • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • At least 6 months-1 year recent (within the last 12months) critical care experience required; ability to demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care; evidence of relevant continuing education

Recommended Requirements :

  • BSN & CCRN Preferred.
  • Documented professional development activities.

As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. ProSidian Seeks a Enforcement Analyst in CONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington Metropolitan Area (Northern Virginia | Washington DC | Maryland) to support an engagement for a cabinet-level department of the US Govt. concerned with the US' policies regarding energy and safety in handling nuclear material. The Agency's Office of Enterprise Assessment (EA) provides leadership and Senior Managers with an independent assessment of the effectiveness of the Agency's policies and site performance in the areas of safeguards and security, cyber security, emergency management, environment, safety, health, and other critical functions as directed by the Secretary. As the Agency Program Management Improvement Officer (PMIO), the EA Office supports priorities for maintaining a safe, secure and effective nuclear deterrent and reducing the threat of nuclear proliferation, overseeing the US' energy supply, carrying out the environmental clean-up from the Cold War nuclear mission, and supporting The Agency's 17 National Laboratories.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide technical and administrative support a "check and balance" function by objectively: 1) observing and reporting on the performance of Federal and contractor organizations' implementation of security and safety policies and programs, 2) applying enforcement actions to contractor organizations for poor performance in adhering to legally enforceable security and safety requirements, and 3) developing and delivering security and safety training programs that reflect best practices and lessons learned from EA independent assessments to enhance workforce performance. This includes technical expertise to perform the effort for a full scope of oversight program and support activities for the enforcement and training programs in the areas of safeguards and security; cyber security; emergency management; and environment, safety, and health; as well as general and cross- cutting support.

This is a Engagement Team addition to the project. Enforcement Analyst Candidates shall work to support requirements for CLIN 1000: Management And Technical Crosscutting Activities (Time And Materials (T&M)) [For Activities Related To General And Cross-Cutting Support]

Qualifications

The Enforcement Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Education: For a position where a Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree can substitute for five years of relevant commercial or government experience. A degree must be from an accredited college or university. Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, in such fields as an engineering discipline, public or business administration, security management, chemistry, biology, or industrial safety/hygiene.

Experience: Applicant must have at least 10 years of relevant commercial or government experience, including at least 5 years of experience in safety or security audits and reviews. Applicant must demonstrate expertise in one or more aspects of nuclear safety, worker safety and health, or classified information security programs. Applicant must have a detailed understanding of DOE safety and security enforcement programs, including the applicable regulations.

Applicant must have experience with specialized requirements for developing and issuing legally defensible work products and systems for recording information about events and potential non-compliances at DOE sites. Applicant must demonstrate experience and knowledge of task management techniques and demonstrated ability to perform and support simultaneous, complex, and multi-disciplinary tasks.

Applicant must have detailed knowledge of DOE missions, sites, facilities, operations, and organizational roles and responsibilities and a good understanding of DOE mission objectives. Applicant must have a demonstrated ability to develop reports and presentations (verbal and written) that are understandable to a management audience. The position requires an individual with excellent oral and written communications skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environment.

Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.

Position Summary

Samsung SDSA is looking for an energetic Network Technician for our compressed night shift to support our Network Team at our manufacturing campus in Austin, TX. This technician will work closely with the Network Team to actively perform network monitoring, provide 1st level troubleshooting to network issues, escalations to network team, communicate with internal teams about alerts/issues, participate in network issues resolution as needed, perform network audits, and occasional support the network team for projects execution during night change windows. We are looking for someone who can follow SOPs, has the right work attitude, willing to help others, sense of responsibility, passion for networks, and desire to learn. Technician will adhere to all Samsung policies, follow procedures, and be flexible with schedule per job demands. This role will be working fully onsite – 7:00pm-7:00am Sunday Monday Tuesday; every other Saturday and occasional day shift support per business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive network monitoring and first level of support to network incidents for night shift.
  • Proactively work with Network Engineers and Cable Technicians on network incident prevention and service restoration.
  • Support the Network Team with lab setups, device OS upgrades, new device configuration, network audits, and other small projects as needed.
  • Network equipment configuration, and replacement of faulty network equipment under Network Team’s guidance.
  • Participate as a buddy check for network engineers during night change windows.
  • Create vendor support cases, and follow up to process RMAs.
  • Provide occasional extended hours support during high projects season, and during site maintenance day.
  • Respond to incidents within SLA.
  • Follow SOPs, create reports as requested, update management systems, and effectively communicate with team members and management.
  • Creation of daily pass down report.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ of Network Help Desk or Network Technician experience
  • Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Comp TIA A+ certification
  • Experience with VLANs, Subnetting, IP Addresses, Ethernet Cables, Fiber Optic Cables, SSH, Telnet, Traceroute, Optical Transceivers, Hubs, Switches.
  • Must live within 1 hour of Taylor, Texas
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
  • Ability to work well within a team and mentoring other network technicians.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to occasionally lift equipment up to 40lb.
  • Able to occasionally wear a complete cleanroom smock inside an electronic semiconductor facility.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer without restrictions and be based in the continental US for this remote position

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCNA Certification or 3 years experience in a network technician role
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Experience with switch configuration, IP subnetting, and network troubleshooting
