The facility is seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible and provide consistent ongoing coverage.

Dates & Schedule
  • Ongoing locum assignment with immediate and future coverage needs
  • Available 16-hour call dates include:
    • June 5, 13, 21, and 28
    • July 9
  • Providers do not need availability for these specific dates to be considered
  • Schedule:
    • hours per week
    • 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
    • Must be available to work either Monday or Friday every week
  • No on-call responsibilities required outside scheduled shifts

Job Details & Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures in adult and pediatric patients
  • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases
  • Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as clinically indicated
  • Manage ventilation and continuously monitor respiratory status during procedures
  • Deliver anesthesia services under direct supervision within a team-based anesthesia model
  • Monitor patients throughout the perioperative continuum, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
  • Utilize Epic EMR for anesthesia documentation and patient records
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
  • Practice in a hospital-based Level II Trauma Center environment
  • Support a surgical service handling approximately 50 cases daily
  • Work across multiple operating rooms with assignments based on departmental needs
  • Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) Required
  • Active Michigan CRNA license Required
  • Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience Required
  • ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association Required

What you’ll be doing: 
As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following four areas: 

Order Picker: You will pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. At times you will be picking above ground level while adhering to safety procedures.

Restocker: You will scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep your work area for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures.

Bulk Selector: You will be responsible for selecting product, pulling, and packing totes, as well as cutting cases of merchandise and/or stocking product. You will move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.

Custodian:  You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility. In this role, you will clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, and remove spots from carpet, sweep and mop floors, clean and dust chairs, partition walls and other miscellaneous furniture, clean windows and brass and collect and remove trash from the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.

Please note, as an SC1 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles as needed.

What you’ll be doing: 
As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following four areas: 

Order Picker: You will pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. At times you will be picking above ground level while adhering to safety procedures.

Restocker: You will scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep your work area for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures.

Bulk Selector: You will be responsible for selecting product, pulling, and packing totes, as well as cutting cases of merchandise and/or stocking product. You will move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.

Custodian:  You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility. In this role, you will clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, and remove spots from carpet, sweep and mop floors, clean and dust chairs, partition walls and other miscellaneous furniture, clean windows and brass and collect and remove trash from the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
  • An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior warehouse or applicable experience to include, but not limited to: fast-food (utilizing headset a plus), stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.

What you’ll be doing: 

As a Delivery Driver, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers.  At times, depending on volume, you will load your truck.

Safety is our utmost priority so, in this role, we will look to you to ensure safe work practices and embrace and foster our safety culture.

You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. You will be a problem solver for our customers; providing customer support, accepting product returns and will be empowered to make your customers' day.  You’re our brand on wheels! 

You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers.

What you bring to the table:   

  • An ability to be a safe and courteous driver who can navigate your way around a map and all kinds of weather and road conditions.  
  • An ability to make sound decisions, be it driving, parking, safety related and/or customer interaction related. 
  • An inclusive approach with your colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues. 
  • An ability to use technology including GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices.    
  • An ability and willingness to maintain cleanliness of vehicle including performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns. 

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must have a valid drivers’ license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) to the extent legally permissible. 
  • Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role. 
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need. 
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400lbs. with the assistance of hand carts/material handling equipment, and occasionally maneuver up to 130 lbs.
  • Must wear safety composite shoes.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving experience.   
  • High volume package delivery experience.
