Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene are premier residential and day treatment programs dedicated to adults recovering from eating disorders—including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our experienced, multidisciplinary team at either our Springfield or Eugene location. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a setting that values compassion, connection, and clinical excellence.


Schedule

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week

  • Two consecutive days off: choose Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

Job Description :
  • Clinical medical physics to our all-Varian integrated environment that includes 4 TrueBeam, 1 Clinac, 3 CT Simulators, 1 Bravos HDR, ARIA. and Eclipse treatment planning.
  • Provide technical leadership to our clinics and assist the Chief Medical Physicist in optimizing clinical practice and implementing new programs.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT Tech performs CT scans, providing the highest level of customer service and image quality.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • You will perform CT exams following protocols and in a timely manner, ensuring a high quality of care.
  • You will prepare procedure trays with appropriate supplies.
  • You will take patient history and retrieve any necessary orders or prior images.
  • You will provide patient history, signs, and symptoms appropriate to the exam to the radiologist.
  • You will appropriately complete documentation.
  • You will coordinate patient flow and check the daily list to ensure all exams are complete.
  • You will support ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.
  • You will inform patients about procedures and answer questions.
  • You will interact and professionally communicate with physicians, patients, and family members.
  • You will start IVs for contrast administration.
  • You will use the power injector.
  • You will contribute to after-hour coverage through on-call shift rotations.
  • You will maintain all licenses, certifications, and accreditations required as outlined in job qualifications.
  • You will handle daily upkeep of departmental work areas (cleaning, stocking, etc.).
  • You will promote customer service initiatives by adhering to the ICARE values.
  • You will support and participate in quality (QI) and performance improvement (PI) plans.
  • You will comply with quarterly targeted metrics (i.e., Kronos, HealthStream, PACS, etc.).

What Qualifications You Will Need

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Current ARRT certification with advanced registry, or registry eligible with advanced CT certification within 1 year of hire or within 6 months of eligibility.
  • 1 year post-graduate experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Radiology Technologist, you will utilize x-ray to assist in diagnosis and/or treatment while always adhering to state, regulatory, and Radiation Right guidelines. You will perform radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. You will exercise professional judgement in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. You will provide appropriate patientcare and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. You will work closely with other healthcare team members to facilitate exceptional patient care and efficient completion of diagnostic studies while also promoting optimal unit operations.  


  • You will perform all Diagnostic Radiologic Procedures
  • You will Demonstrate technique to produce optimal study 
  • You will correctly use all equipment in clinical area, including but not limited to :fluoro, c-arm ,Tomo, and portable units 
  • You will interpret physician orders prior to performing exam to ensure optimal study 
  • You will refer technique/study issues to Senior Tech/Radiologist as appropriate 
  • You will utilize appropriate markers/ID on each exam 
  • You will assist radiologist with procedures 
  • You will demonstrate sterile technique as appropriate 
  • You will prepare patient for exams 
  • You will demonstrate awareness of physician supply preferences and/or uses Radiology preference cards 
  • You will verbalize indication for various contrast mediums 
  • You will provide patient care throughout procedure 
  • You will assess patient’s level of understanding regarding procedure to be performed; provide information as needed, at appropriate level for patient 
  • You will ensure patient safety throughout exam

What qualifications you will need:


  • Two years’ experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care setting- preferred 

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program

  • Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB) 
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the manager and the professional direction of the radiation oncologist, the radiation therapist performs various radiotherapy treatments and simulations at a technical level requiring minimal supervision of technical detail. The radiation therapist may be required to assist in the development of new techniques and processes for simulations, treatment, new equipment and new devices. T he Opportunity:

  • Must be a graduate of24-month Radiological Technology Program.

What you will do in this Role:

5. Supervises personnel to include interviewing, work allocation, orientation and training, staff development, problem resolution, evaluating performance, making recommendations for personnel actions, and motivating employees to achieve peak performance

Cat Scan Technologists use computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients’ internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. A CT Technologist must be able to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment, and position the patient to capture the appropriate images. Here is some of what to expect as a CT Tech with us:

Your role is responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures.

You will communicate and work independently in performing all CT procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood.

Your role uses computed tomography equipment to take images of a patient’s body from different angles. 

You will prepare patients for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.

Your role positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees. 

What qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate of 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology - Certified by ARRT.

Job Summary and Qualifications




 Cardiovascular Technologists/Special Procedure Technicians demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients served. They are able to scrub and assist the physician during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral angiographic studies. Additionally, they are responsible for recording and monitoring these cases, as well as understanding hemodynamic measurements and valve area readings. 

What You Will Do in This Role 

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform contrast media administration according to age- and weight-specific guidelines. 
  • Set up sterile trays and maintain a sterile field according to hospital protocol. 
  • Scrub and assist the interventional physician during interventional procedures. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of drugs, including their actions, side effects, and contraindications for administration.
  • Exhibit the ability to start and maintain IV access. Accurately follow physician orders, document exam completion in Meditech, scan documents, and verify images in PACS. 
  • Properly measure and dispose of radioactive waste in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 

What Qualifications You Will Need

Candidates must have one of the following: 

  • Current license or registry certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or the ability to obtain this certification within one year of hire. 
  • OR Current license or registry from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology and certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)). 

Additional requirements: 

  • BLS certification required.
  • Completion of ACLS training within six months of hire. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees. 
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Cath Lab or EP Lab preferred. 
  • New graduates of RCIS programs will also be considered.
  • Ability to work on PRN basis.
